A great comfy hotel in a quiet and lovely part of sanur. Food was exceptional too.

Pillows were a little high.

staff were amazing and super friendly and helpful. always wanted to help.

only thing that we didn’t like was sometimes the sun didn’t hit all around the pool area, but the beach is like a 2 minute walk away. Other than that it was great.

Beds were comfy, breakfast was delicious and included with our room price

where do I start, there is a lot of misleading information No shuttle bus to beach as advertised on website, no beach umbrella at beach allocated area , chairs out in blazing sun, No alcohol in restaurant, if fact seen staff place water in a bottle and mix a drink with it .. 8 day stay not once was there top self alcohol.

The rooms were very comfortable and the open air bathrooms are a lovely experience.

The bar facilities at the restaurant were very sparse. Not great knowledge on drinks either.

The breakfast wasn't to bad for very little hotel

We stayed in pool access room 107,it smelt like mould towels had stains bed sheets had stains the roof in the semi outdoor bathroom was broken so when it rained the bathroom was flooded. everyday the power in our bathroom went out so staff had to come every night to fix fuses cause we had no bathroom lights.on our last night the air-conditioning stopped working said we had to wait for someone to come and fix because they couldn't get it working. We checked out early and left

The property was clean and the pool area was nice.

We had booked a poolside room with a bathtub, to celebrate our engagement that day, however upon arrival we were downgraded to a basic room with no bath, but charged the same price as the poolside room. As compensation the hotel gave us a voucher for a snack from the restaurant, which they then refused to honour on the basis of a technicality they had not told us about until check out.

I spent only one night so unfortunately I haven my check around but the area is full of restaurants and close to the sea. big choice at breakfast really good, clean rooms and the staff very nice

Small kids screaming around the pool. One mother could not care less that her screaming 3 year old by the pool with disturbing others in their rooms

Great Hotel and location. Nice and quiet, lovely pool, breakfast good, service great. I loved the balcony room, would definitely stay again.

The room was a little be damp smelling at times. But if the A/C is very cold and the outside is very humid then it's to be expected. Otherwise very good

I had to pay extra 100k rupiah for my child for every night even though i did not get any extra bed. A 100k rupiah is just for additional bath towel. Crazy. I asked why it did not spelled out clearly in booking.com T&C, and the manager wanted to provide feedback to me but none one came to explain the reason. At the end, I still had to pay 3 x 100k rupiah for just a towel.

Location was awesome, really quiet at night. The room was well appointed and spotlessly cleaned. Breakfast choice was great. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Loved it
