Martha is a very friendly and professional host, responding my questions quickly and giving a lot of details. The house is very clean inside and outside. The couch and beds are comfortable and cozy.

The wrap around veranda was fantastic. set up high looking out over tea trees. Open windows gave lots of fresh air. Upstairs and downstairs areas have everyone plenty of room for themselves. Backyard and garage all roomy.

Loved the huge balcony that goes around the house, amazing to relax and bbq. Really comfy beds and chairs in the property too! The property is very cosy and really close to both ocean beach 16 which is beautiful and also to the front Rye beach. Martha left a lovely care package as well which was really sweet! We really enjoyed our stay and it was great value!

The house was fabulous and had everything we could possibly need. It was in a great location, very quiet but still close to town. All the furniture was so comfortable and the deck was amazing to sit out on in the evening. The service from the host was exceptional.

Beauifull functional house with everything you need and more. Multiple spacious recriation and seating areas, big house with a cosy feel. Friendly host with great comunication. Thank you for your hospitality Martha.
