everything amazing. beautiful room and view, great breakfast, nice owners. location is a bit far from Batumi so you have to get by car. we had a car so wasnt a problem for us... wow, what a place. will comeback again (:

Very good

The family is really helpful, always available for questions and went out of their way for organizing our transportation in Batumi. If you want to visit the Botanical Garden it’s a really convenient place to stay, for the city you always need a car.
