Mau cheiro mt forte no corredor e nos lençóis. O lençol ainda me deu alergia. Nojo.

Praticidade. Conforto da cama.

O primeiro quarto que peguei tinha um cheiro forte de mofo. Precisei mudar de quarto. O segundo estava ótimo!

foram varios problemas : primeiro a limpeza deixou a desejar, fizeram confusão no valor da nossa reserva , tinha acordado o valor do café da manhã de 37 00 e queriam cobrar 45,00 ( mas fizeram um acerto ) o primeiro dia do cafe da manhã dia 01 foi um caus , não tinha café , sem ovos , sem pães , temos fotos ,varios hospedes reclamando , não tinham mão de obra . frutas estragadas , muito decepcionante .

Sehr kalt im Zimmer und keine Decken, ein Konzert in der Nähe die ganze Nacht durch. Kein Schlaf möglich.

Estava em percurso por Manaus para viagem internacional. Na ida tive problema na montagem de berço sujo, empoeirado. Para a volta deixei avisado que voltaria tal dia e pedi para deixarem o quarto montado o berço pois chegaríamos depois das 3 h da manhã com bebê pequena, cansados. Ao chegar no hotel o rapaz que me atendeu disse que o quarto n tava pronto e ele foi organizar. O berço estava limpo dessa vez, mas o descaso dos funcionários com os hóspedes. Falta de controle…. Desorganização. Precisa melhorar.

Da proximidade com aeroporto

Reservei berço para bebê, chegando lá o quarto n estava pronto com o berço, pois disseram que a booking não havia repassado… daí foram montar o berço estava muito empoeirado, com teia de aranha, eu pedi um pano e comecei a limpar, o rapaz ia instalar assim mesmo. Arrisquei colocando minha filha pra dormir naquele berço, pois não ficou 100% limpo. Era madrugada.

Próximo do aeroporto. Ótimo para estadias em conexão. Excelente custo benefício.

It is a standard hotel, normal amentities, really close to the airport.

It did get a bit noisy at night as there was lots of coming and going. But if you value the super short trip from the airport than it won't disappoint.

Excellent breakfast. Quiet room. Friendly staff. AMAZING water pressure in shower!

For tourists, it would be good for the reception to have cash for change.

We only stayed there after arriving late at night and before being picked up for a tour to the Amazon. the location was perfect for that. the staff was very helpful and spoke English very well. they gave us blankets because the room is rather cold and we could store our luggage there for three days. the shower was the best we had in Brasil. the room was very clean and the bed comfortable. wifi worked well. breakfast was pretty decent. i would stay there again when being in Manaus.

the room is pretty cool due to the necessary air-conditioning. there could be more vegan options at breakfast (for example plant milk) and it would be nice if there was water in the minibar (you have to buy it at the bar)

The breakfast was good, and the hotel was located close to the airport. The staff was very helpful and service oriented.

Friendly staff and easy check in at very early hours of the morning. The AC worked well and the pressure of the shower was incredible. Wifi also worked well.

The room smells of damp; they really need dehumidifiers to help keep humidity at bay. Clothing and bed sheets feel slightly damp after a while. The TV is not smart and so no Netflix or online access.

Location close to the airport, friendly staff and a storage for our luggage for a few days.

Breakfast wasn’t the best.
