Great location and super friendly plus helpful host.

Stayed three nights with my wife and our 2 year old toddler. Location was perfect, quick access to old town, restaurants and shopping centre. Hosts were super helpful and gave us good tips for sightseeing, places to eat and scenic drives as we continued our trip with rental car. Apartment was very clean, air conditioning worked well and they provided high chair for the kid (and were also ready to provide bed, but we had our own travel bed for the toddler with us). Was nice to sit outside in the backyard as toddler was sleeping. Cannot figure out any complaints.

Awesome stay! would happily stay here again or recommend to any of my family or friends for a stay!

House 561 was awesome! The hosts were super friendly and had great communication. The location was perfect! A 1 minute walk from the Old Town - basically right there, but outside just enough to have it a little quieter. The backyard was fantastic to relax in anytime during the day. The beach and grocery stores were also nice and close. Very comfortable, newly updated and roomy! We loved our stay!

Would not stay elsewere in Kotor (but would not come again by car)

Those apartment have better equipment, than a lot of hotel I stayed in the region. Everything is pristine, and as good as it get from the bathroom to the kitchen to the bedroom. Also it like across the old town 1 minute walk without the issue of the old town (noise etc)

what really is missing from the place is a parking spot, Kotor really is a nightmare to park/drive in during summer. If you come by car during summer be prepare to spend 1h in Traffic Jam to get to Kotor and an extra 1h30 to find a parking space

The best stay in Kotor

We had the best stay at House 561. The host was very helpful. The location is the best, just a few minutes from the old town and close to 3 supermarkets and the beach. We loved the layout of the apartment and the garden was a big plus for us.

Highly recommend quiet but central apartment

The house was out of the main town and quiet. We had friends stay in the old town and could not sleep due to the noise. The house was modern and had everything required for travelling including a back yard. Luca organised transport for us at a much cheaper rate than taxis. He was available on WhatsApp and was amazing. Highly recommend

Maybe if I was picky the air conditioning unit was too far away from the bedroom so had the potential to be hot and stuffy.

Exceptional

It is an amazing apartment in a perfect place! It takes only a couple of minutes to get to old city center, shop, sea and good cafes. Guests live on the 1st floor and owners live on the 2nd and they always here and ready to help. They allowed us to stay a few hours longer and also ordered transfer for us. Room is amazing, clean, cozy and has everything that is needed! Garden with turtles and cats are also very nice advantage :) Totally recommend, I hope to visit this place again.

It is five star service with perfect location. really good value.

super clean. Host Luka was responsive and helpful! he cleaned all the rooms himself and refilled coffee capsules and other stuff every day. he made our stay very pleasant. the room was spacious and the shower was nice. location is good, really close to the old town and supermarkets.

Lovely apartment in a great location.

The couple running the property were lovely. The entire property was spotlessly clean. Great location, close to everything. The apartment was very comfortable and very quiet at night. Perfect for someone who wants a ground floor without stairs. Very good value.

Lovely, quiet place.

The place is charming, minimalist with good taste. The trutles are hanging out in the garden which overviews a big mountain. The place is very quite which seems exceptional in crowded Kotor.

Clean, relaxing and conveniently located apartment.

Fresh and modern renovated apartment, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a coffee machine. Lovely little garden with a mountain view to sit in. Just a minute's walk to the old town and conveniently located to the supermarket, restaurants and bus stop. The hosts Luka and Dragana are really great, helpful and friendly.

A gem in Kotor

The hosts were amazing... so welcoming and replied really quickly to messages. The apartment was incredibly clean, VERY well located and had a really comfy bed. Air con was excellent and fresh towels were brought every day without needing to ask. A perfect stay! Thank you!

A place to come back to

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly , they helped us with great suggestions about places to eat, to visit in and around the city. We even received a map in our local language, help with parking as well. The apartament was very clean and had all needed amenities, including a coffee machine, plus tea and coffee. They even cleaned again, changed our towels and floor carpets in the bathroom after 3 days, middle of our stay. The location is very close to the old Town, city walls, to the public beach and to the Port of Kotor. We really felt great spending time here :)

There is nothing to dislike - we felt like home here and would come back any time!

Perfect apartment in a perfect location close to the old town of Kotor

Cannot fault the property or the hosts who were super friendly and could not have been more helpful. The location is perfect for exploring the old city and close to the sea with its many restaurants and places to swim. Perfectly clean, modern and comfortable apartment - we cooked a couple of times during our two week stay and ate out on the terrace behind our room, whilst watching the tortoises chase each other around the garden. Would recommend doing an organized trip to see more of Montenegro as our host ´Luka´ suggested - this was sound advice because I would not have felt comfortable driving a hire car over the mountains which were quite narrow in places. Thank you Dragona and Luka you made us welcome and we appreciate you helping to make our holiday wonderful. Best, Alan and Frauke

Exceptional

Luka and Dragana are generous and friendly hosts. The apartment they provide for their guests is excellently located. There's a pleasant garden with a fig tree, and the view on the mountain behind the house is spectacular. The room is very clean, there is free coffee and toiletries, and the hosts change the sheets and towels every other day. Furthermore, you get a twenty percent coupon for a restaurant/breakfast place less than 100 meters away, so it's a great way to start the day. Just wonderful. Lovely couple, lovely place!

Simply perfect ;)

Dragana's and Luka's place is a gem of accommodation in Kotor! The house is very well located, just a stone's throw away from the Old Town but you are not surrounded by tourists. It's also a 5-7-minute walk away from the public beach. The flat we stayed in was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay and very nicely decorated. There is a lovely back garden which is perfect for lazy breakfasts, with cats and multiple turtles coming as a nice and authentic bonus ;) Dragana and Luka were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful, ideal hosts. We cannot recommend their place enough!

Great modern apartment super close to old town yet in quiet area!

We had a great stay here! The best part is that it is SO close to the town walls but also very quiet (there is a street with some traffic during the day on one side of the house, but the bedroom is on the other side and we didn’t hear anything at all during the nights... super quiet!) The proximity to the town was great, in particular since we only had two nights to see Kotor and the bay, so the location was absolutely perfect for us! The second day we climbed to the castle, then came back down around noon, sweating from head to toe, and were so happy to be able to take a shower! The hosts are super friendly and helpful. We also loved the cat in the garden. Breakfast in the garden was really really good, the best we’ve had during our 9 nights in Montenegro. The cake the second morning was really good. Apartment is spacious, clean, modern, well equiped kitchen, very comfortable mattresses and bedding.

The only thing I can think of is that in the mornings there was a bit of a smell coming from the shower drain. This is something that happens in a lot of Montenegrin houses I think and it disappeared after letting some water flow into the drain.

Very gentle hosts and very good local breakfast with a mountain view in the garden of the accommodation. Perfectly located at the entry of the old town.

No private parking space but we found a parking slot in the street close to the accommodation.

What a perfect stay

Our hosts were wonderful... They were very helpful... The breakfast was extraordinary... Handmade with love... The apartment has a wonderful garden with turtles "running" around... We loved it and I miss it 😍
