Wow! This was a perfect apartment in Kobuleti. Very clean room, working air conditioner, roof pool, washing machine. Wifi works without any problem. Owner is very friendly! You can find a cozy place to see the sunset in 2 minutes away or you can stay in your balcony.

Our stay was just perfect! It was easy to communicate both in English and Russian. Very helpful, kind and respectful owners. The living conditions were great, just like in the pictures. Lovely experience, would recommend staying here to anyone travelling to Georgia

BEWARE! Because I booked two rooms a month before, and I got a message 12 hours before arriving that they don't have rooms for me! According to our call they knew about it many days earlier, but didn't said this. Proposed one room for the four of us, which was unacceptable.
I'm very dissapointed.
