The location is good and the outdoors are nicely maintained. The food options are really good but lack good taste.

Our stay overlapped with wedding and other birthday functions which ruined our peaceful stay, place was too noisy and could not get proper sleep even. The

this was our 2nd visit, ill visit again. it is really nice, staff is polite, food is good. but there is always scope of

it was a holi time, and they had well organised the events for everyone to enjoy.

only 2 restaurants for food. we dont have capacity for buffet so two days 6 meals were in same restaurant. it got borring. though the food was nice. hotel staff can be better, mixed up our orders each time. there were alot of mosquitoes under the table. not expected from radisson.

Luxurious and pampered stay at Radisson Blu Karjat

The service, it was top notch. All the staff were attentive with smiling face, special mention to staff in the restaurant Mukund, Sanjana and Bibek and their team, they pampered us every time when we went for Breakfast lunch or dinner, made special dishes for us as per our taste. I must say it was awesome experience.

Location is too far but it’s ok. Overall great property for staycation

Nice relaxing stay in Karjat, very good service, furniture and details should be revised

Such a wonderful and peaceful place. The breakfast is amazing, food and service really great, especially Mahima, Mahesh and all Dipak team. Wi-fi was good. Amazing swimming pool outside, very well maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

In the rooms, furniture should be renovated, and in the minibar there should be some snacks available - it was empty. Also, there was no fan in the toilet, which is quite unappropriate for a 5 star. In the Spa, it would be nice to also have a sauna to be used separately from other treatments.

Adequately comfortable but below average food. Not worth the effort.

Comfortable room with balcony + large swimming pool. Courteous staff.

1. Average food. We had ala carte and very disappointed that the food was always served cold and we had to request for the dishes to be reheated. This happened repeatedly. 2. Swimming pool should be heated, at least a section of it. 3. For any hotel in such a remote location, some cultural events should be organised.

value for money deal- Good stay for Families

well located with ample of activity options to keep yourself occupied. They have spa, Gaming zone, indoor/ outdoor sports , swimming Pool etc. There is no need to step outside the property once you’re inside. Food is delicious and staff is very courteous and helpful.

cleanliness could be a bit better for 5 star standards. There was a used tooth brush in our bathroom. Tables were made at dining area but we’re not very clean. couple of cycles were out of order. when we visited there was a huge corporate group who was there, they had occupied the entire swimming pool to play game and were way to loud so there was no option for us to go swimming in between their game. Not too sure what hotel management could have done about it as they were guest too but because of this we couldn’t utilise the pool

Perfect getaway place!

The design of the resort is exceptional and the attention to detail! The room was very comfortable and well-equipped! the staff is very helpful and kind. We had a great stay :)

Too expensive for a night stay. A 20000 rs room should have more facilities. Not worth it.

good property but not a good experience at check out n no bill, i dont have any proof of stay there.

breakfast buffet was good ...the restaurant staff was good , the spa was the best.

the reception staff can be better ...i still havent recieved a bill for my stay which i was told will be mailed . i paid in cash.

1. Food - The breakfast buffet & dinner were delicious. 2. The staff - I forgot my laptop and they helped me retrieve it.

Totally worth it!

The place, the food and the vibes were good. But the best thing about this place is the staff. The people here are always at your service with a warm, genuine smile on their faces. This isn't fake. They are really very helpful people. Which means that the management takes good care of them and the work culture must be good. Will certainly come back to this place.

Bad and needs lot of work

Staff was very friendly and supportive

I came to know that Radisson Blu provides custom made complimentary meals for kids when ordered, however I was denied the same, also I was there to celebrate my anniversary except a cake nothing was provided to make the moment special I have been to other premium properties on special occasiona and almost everyone provides decor or complimentary dinner, however that was also denied... The kids play area is not at all kids friendly, my 3 year old daughter injured her hand while playing with a toy which had sharp object protruding and she bled while playing.... Do check the cctv.... I could have created a ruckus however I was too dissappointed with the quality of play section.
