Very clean, modern, fantastic staff, very good breakfast. Convenient for town and the port whilst being quiet.

Shortage of hot water, not enough for 2 people to shower.

Schlafplatz mit Hindernissen

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man findet gute Parkmöglichkeiten und kann vom Hotel aus mit dem Auto viele Orte erkunden, sowie zu Fuß die Stadt, ihre Strände und alle umliegenden Ereignisse.

Ich muss vorweg sagen, dass wir nur eine Nacht im ursprünglichen Zimmer verbracht haben. Die anderen drei haben wir gegen Aufpreis ein Upgrade gebucht. Das Studio-Apartment war für uns wirklich nicht schön. Von den Bildern habe ich mir im Vorfeld sehr viel versprochen. Bei Ankunft störte mich das kaltweiße Licht und die Tatsache, dass es überhaupt keine Möglichkeit gab den Koffer sinnvoll auszulegen ohne dass er im Weg ist - alles sehr eng. In der Dusche war es selbst für mich (1,66cm) schwierig mich frei zu bewegen ohne versehentlich die Armaturen zu verdrehen. Viele Ecken sahen abgenutzt und nicht mehr schön aus. Beispielsweise die Ablage am Spiegel. Es war für mich sehr hellhörig - Türknallen auf den Gängen, Gespräche der Nachbarn hörbar. Wir buchten auf Nachfrage mit freundlichem Service am zweiten Tag das Upgrade für zzgl 25€ pro Nacht und zogen um in eine Juniorsuite. Diese war direkt unter der Bar gelegen und so wurden wir täglich gegen 8uhr vom Stühle schieben und Aufräumen und dementsprechenden, echt lauten Geräuschen über uns unsanft geweckt. Die Juniorsuite war zum Glück wirklich schöner, Mich störte trotzdem sehr, dass es keine Handseife am Waschbecken gab (in keinem Zimmer. Ich habe nachgefragt), wo es doch sogar an vielen Stränden und deren WC welche gibt. Und dass man das Toilettenpapier geknüllt aus einer Rolle zieht und es dadurch erstmal wieder entfalten muss. Ich bin enttäuscht, dass sich diese Unterkunft mit Abstand nicht so komfortabel gezeigt hat wie ich hoffte. Letzter Punkt: das Frühstück war aus meiner Sicht extrem unorganisiert. Wir standen mehrfach zwischen 20-25min an, bis wir platziert wurden. Es gab jeden Tag denselben Ablauf und zeitweise war dieser so unkoordiniert, dass es Tage gab, an denen wir das Getränk erst bekamen, als wir schon fertig waren. Insgesamt macht es von außen einen besseren Eindruck, als von innen und war für das, was ich mir persönlich von Erholung und Urlaub in einem Hotel erhoffe nicht zufriedenstellend.

La struttura è bella, questa era la terza volta che venivamo

Appartamento non conforme all’ordine.Non vista su giardino interno ma su strada con molto rumore. Letto più piccolo dei precedenti e con una colonna aderente al letto in cui di notte ci sbattevano le gambe . Bagno più piccolo. Peccato a novembre valuteremo altre proposte..

deludente per ben due volte

Come detto nella precedente recensione, la posizione, vicino a tutti i servizi, sulla tangenziale che in un attimo di porta via. Il Giardino è favoloso.

La struttura ha bisogno di essere rimodernata. È sporca, odore di fumo impossibile da sentire. Alle 15 meno 10 non era pronta la camera. Ho aspettato alle 15, la receptionist mi ha fatto un pippone tale da farmi sentire in colpa. Senti, la tua arroganza te la puoi tenere a casa tua. Ho evitato di consumare la colazione e la cena. Essere trattati da pezzenti e da elomosinanti è veramente disgustoso. Teneteveli i vostri servizi. Mai più un postaccio da stare alla larga.

No se puede pedir mas!

Ubicación es muy buena y tiene un amplio aparcamiento gratuito en las inmediaciones, el apartamento esta decorado con muy buen gusto, es amplio, limpio, y totalmente equipado para cocinar y limpiar la vajilla (maquina lavavajillas con pastilla incluido para 2 lavados), tiene cubiertos, vasos, tazas, platos, ollas, sartenes, teniendo el detalle de dejar esponja y mistol, asi como dos capsulas de cafe para una maquina espresso, asi como tabla y plancha de ropa. En la parte superior tiene un bar-chillout (bloque 2 y 3) donde puedes tomar una cerveza, vino o cocktail, creo que abria desde las 18:00 hasta las 23:00, pudiendo disfrutar del atardecer, al igual que tienen acceso a un restaurante (abierto al publico) que aun no habiendolo probado por su carta y la clientela vista no pintaba nada mal.

Todo esta genial.

Perfect for our holiday needs and would return.

Hotel was in a good location being a 5-10 minute walk from the bars and restaurants, including Music Square where different bands perform every evening. All staff were amazing, friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Apartment was as described and suited our needs perfectly. The whole complex was beautifully designed and maintained, although compact. The roof terrace certainly has the wow factor, although we didn't eat up there. Originally we were situated in a room in the third block underneath the Endorphina Suite (gym). This was too noisy for us and we were relocated with no trouble. Our room was underneath the Roof Terrace where entertainment is provided from Wednesday to Sunday. This is well publicised and we were not troubled by any excessive noise from the location, most events finish by 11:00. It gave a nice holiday vibe to hear the music on offer. A house party was advertised on the Saturday evening to celebrate the beginning of the surfing season. This involved house and trance music - not our choice but we were happily enjoying the delights of the bars and restaurants in the town and it was all over by 12:00 as advertised.

We would happily return to this hotel but if being picky would consider some of the following. Pool is cold (which I expected and didn't mind). However it drops down suddenly from very shallow to becoming too deep to stand in. The pool area is fairly compact. The rooms are designed more for aesthetic purposes than practical. Although we managed, it would have been nice to have drawer space. The bathrooms are also just approaching a need for re-decorating; the shower was lovely and big, but issues such as poor silicone application as a sealant and some water damage spoilt the luxurious look that was obviously originally intended.

We were in the block that has the gym in it so on a couple of mornings we were woken early by people working out. The gym is on the roof and our room just below.

Geweldig!!

Het personeel was echt super vriendelijk en behulpzaam! De ligging is heel fijn er is genoeg te doen in de buurt.

De eerste kamer die in kreeg was niet helemaal goed schoon. Toen ik dit aangaf kreeg ik gelijk een nieuwe kamer en een upgrade, ze hielpen zelfs met alle spullen overzetten.

Really good located in Corralejo. The staff is helpful and friendly. The facilities are good and sufficient. There is also a cool rooftop bar

The hotel is really touristic and hold many rooms. Indeed, there is 4 full buildings for one pool.

Smart and clean hotel...

Stayed one night in this accommodation, and it was good. We were on the ground floor and the apartment was clean and well presented if a bit small, the beds were OK, the pillows a bit soft for us personally. Quite a noisy hotel but it's a lively resort and alot going on.

Everything seemed abit on top of itself, alot of areas were crammed together, terraces and poolside were very close to each other and I wouldn't choose this accommodation a lengthy stay but that's my preference.

Great Hotel, ten minute walk from Town Centre in excellent condition,

Hotel has recenyly been renovated and is in excellent condition.

Breakfast and Dinner is taken in restaurant next ddor, but could do with a buffet breakfast offered

Brief stay before heading home.

The outdoors/gardens of the property were lovely and very modern. The pool and surrounding area was immaculate.

No air conditioning unfortunately. Fans were provided however, but were just blowing hot air around like a hairdryer. And although the rooms were clean, very modern and very well equipped , there was a LOT of tiny insects coming from the kitchen sink that covered all surfaces/furniture throughout the main living area?!

Lovely holiday in Corralejo.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. The pool area is lovely and kept very clean. The location is excellent, close to everything. The breakfast was delicious and so is the food in the Platanera restaurant. The rooftop bar is very relaxing with nice cocktails and bar food.

There was a heatwave while we were there and our bedroom ceiling fans had no remotes. We were given a fan but it didn’t help much so found it very hard to sleep.

An expensive disapointment and will never return to this hotel for the various reasons listed.

The reception Staff very pleasent but that was the best part. The location was very good but honestly I can't add anymore positives. The negatives far outnumber any good points. This place should of been brilliant but just a huge disappointment.

Room cleaning only once a week, not even once when staying 8 nights, no towel changes but you can pay to use their laundry facilities.The Front door of apartment was filthy. We asked for a view which we never got having booked well in advance , only the bottom floor available. First thing to do every morning was to sweep the patio for all the cigarette ash and ends thrown down from the apartments above. Being non smokers would not recommend anyone to stay here. The swimming pool was colder than the Atric so totally unusable, only the very brave would try it. The worst part was the noise from apartments that are being renovated. Basically you are living on a building sight with constant jack hammers going from 9am till late afternoon except weekends.

Pleasant stay - no frills

The rooftop terrace was great with good food, drinks and friendly staff. All the hotel staff were polite and helpful. The room was quite nice. The shower was good and powerful. The bed was comfy. The hotel was generally nice and quiet/peaceful. The classes such as Yoga were good and on regularly.

They didn’t clean the room in the whole week we were there. There’s no air conditioning. The walls between apartments were very thin (could hear the people next door). Kitchen was small, no cleaning products provided, not enough cups etc, and nowhere to store any food/drinks other than the fridge. The pool only got sun a few hours a day.

Very noisy from roof bar & from street in to the early hours. Extremely hot & couldn’t open windows due to noise. Toilet in front of & blocking entrance to shower. Tiny studio apartment.

Amazing hotel, somethings to fix

Reception staff were friendly enough, the life guard was really helpful Apartment was amazing and huge, had everything you needed except tea and coffee The breakfast staff were lovely too There are cats free roaming around the grounds which I absolutely loved and I'd return just for that reason The shower was great

The waiter in the bar upstairs was mean and made us feel uncomfortable so we didn't return up there Breakfast was terrible and overpriced, everything was cold You are told that if you write 5 star reviews on three different websites then you will be entered into a raffle for a free stay at €250 spending money, I think this is dishonest and may mean that not all reviews reflect people's true feelings.
