clean and close to the beach

nothing at all

I wasn’t quite sure what to expect on my arrival. Having been in many other establishments in Roseto degli Abruzzi far more expensive and very disappointing I wasn’t prepared to find such a gem. My room was very spacious and full of light, the en-suite bathroom was also big and spotlessly clean. The all place was comfortable, clean furnishings and very welcoming . Fantastic Self-service breakfast with excellent facilities. The owner Flavia, was very friendly. Yes it was near the rail track however anyone that knows Roseto also knows that no matter where you stay you will hear the train (which frankly wasn’t an issue at all). Looking forward to staying there again.

Clean and tidy

it was an absolute perfect unique experience from the beginning. flavia contacted me on arrival day for a time concerning check in, the rooms were 100% clean, the wlan worked without any problem, from the b&b you just walk 100m to a perfect beach with reasonable prizes for food and drinks. the ratio prize-room was absolutely fantastic and i do NOT write this often! grazie flavia, all the very best and guys... just book there, you won't regret if you do not expect a 5* service in b&b! ciao ragazzi patrick
