Nice hotel for transit

All stuffs are packed in a limited space: the bed and bathroom. Room was clean and comfortable, and we can get a sightseeing of Surabaya at night. Plus free breakfast, I think it is worth for money.

The location near the road and other hotels or shops which created a bit noise at night. It is no problem though, coz we just stay for a night transit before our departure to Lombok.

Overall it is good

The location, only 2 minutes walking distance to the mall. The staffs were also very helpful & friendly.

The cleaness need to improve The shower 🚿 need to fix so that water flow better Breakfast is very basic

value for money

We stayed here for a transit during our roadtrip to Bali, the location is good (not far from the toll exit). The staff helped me with the parking space, since it was full.

The window in my room is broken, it can not be closed properly. so I can still hear the noise from the street. The coffee at breakfast was awful.

Staying at The Most Worth Hotel in Surabaya!

I like almost everything, the place, the ambience, the service and most of it worth the price!

The lights in front of my room is off, maybe next time the employee can replace it that time when they know it.

Very good

Looks very clean and all support item is available .. ( hot water for coffee .) The security parking my car all time i arrived at property .. nice one !

The smooking room keep the alarm on. So if you smoking too much the alarm will turn red .. ( no alarm sound btw ) and the receptionis will ring you..😃😄
