Located in Westhampton Beach, this attractive house for R 11,938 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Westhampton Rental Waterfront Secluded 3 Acre Estate Drive along the private stonewalled 800 ft driveway and into what Hampton style living is all about. This home is located on three acres of beautiful waterfront property. With six bedrooms (including two master suites) and four full baths, this is the perfect summer getaway for family and friends with all the space and privacy needed to enjoy entertaining and easy living. The house has hardwood floors throughout, vaulted ceilings and a large great room with fireplace. There are french doors in the great room that open to a 22 x 74 private upper deck overlooking the water. There are two 50 inch televisions with a DVD/VCR and a custom built in stereo system. The fully stocked eat-in kitchen is equipped with all stainless steel appliances and opens to the deck with a gas BBQ. The washer and dryer are located in the laundry room off the kitchen. There is also a formal dining room which has all the china and silverware available. Four of the spacious bedrooms are located on the first floor, one overlooks the water. The second floor has two more private bedrooms each with separate balconies and views of the water; all the linens are provided. There is a loft office equipped with a computer, cable broadband wireless internet service, a printer and fax. Outside is even better with a 20 x 44 in-ground heated pool and an eight person hot tub Jacuzzi all surrounded by a beautiful stone patio. Stroll down to the 125 ft dock leading to a 32 ft floating dock which can accommodate most any size boat. The dock is equipped with 50amp 120 volt service and has fresh water, cable, telephone. This large, comfortable and beautiful house was the perfect setting for our family gathering (some of us coming from different parts of the country). The kitchen was well stocked for cooking our family meals and the living room provided ample seating for all of us to gather and be together in one room. The house also has a great location not far from town and the beach. Overall a wonderful stay! Thank you Brian!

Live in WHB but needed a place for my out of town children and their families to stay so we could all be together and also have some family members come out for a day for a birthday party. House was spacious as was the property with a pool and hot tub.

Property is conveniently located, clean, well-maintained. We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room. Dock is lovely for sunset viewing. There was just one little hitch: the lease agreement stated that the hot tub would be available until December 1. We stayed at the end of November and had looked forward to some time in the hot tub. Unfortunately it was already closed for the season when we arrived. I would recommend this property and simply confirm with the host about its details. Host was very good about communication with us.

We grilled & ate several times on the deck overlooking the "castle" across the water, which was really nice. The house had several seating areas and the bedrooms were spacious. It had a big hot tub and a nice pool area, too. The owner was super responsive when I texted him questions. Definitely would stay again!

The property was wonderful! Deck has some nails that need to be hammered down. Could cause some injuries.
Air conditioning in bedrooms upstairs were very loud.
Also if you had a piece of paper that explains more clearly that trash is picked up in driveway. Where we live you have to bring it up to street. We weren’t sure what to do.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The location was great, very private but a short drive to towns and beach. The pool was the highlight. It was spacious and great for spending the day. Brian was easy to communicate with and responsive. The house itself is definitely on the dated side, but still met our needs.

There were 11of us. 6 children and 5 adults. Not enough beds for all. Teenagers wanted their own rooms. Didn’t find futon. Couches weren’t used as beds. Therefore 1 adult had to sleep with 2 children. Crowded kitchen with most things necessary for cooking. Large gas grill! Washer and dryer a big plus.
Plenty of outdated uncomfortable furniture. Great Wi-fi and large tv. Great location: drove to New York two days. Beaches, fishing, lots to do.

A group of friends and I had a fantastic time at this rental. We were able to stay on the property and have a relaxing time by the pool while being close enough to enjoy a nice restaurant and spend time by the water.

The house is extremely spacious and fit our three famiiles easily. The yard is fantastic and the dock is great to take kayaks off of. The upper deck is great as well with a ton of patio furniture and a grill for you to enjoy.

There were a few quirky things like the kitchen being small and the utensils could use some updating. Would not hesitate to rebook here and enjoy this lovely property. This home is large with ample space for our group of 6 adults and 2 dogs. We gathered for a family (isolated) Christmas due to the Omicron CoV-2 variant hitting the US. Overall it was a great space, inside and out. The title refers to to the astonishing fact that swans were often seen swimming on the water just off the home's dock and a castle (built over 100 years ago) is just across the water! Well stocked kitchen!

Overall, we had a lovely time at Brian’s home. We were only disappointed by the fact that the two upstairs bedrooms were not actually queen beds but full beds, and the curtains in those rooms were gauze. As soon as the sun came up, no one up there could sleep.

This Lovely Westhampton Get Away is very spacious with a beautifully manicured lawn, deck, large pool and hot-tub. Our family of 7 adults - we had plenty of space to all have privacy as well as group activities. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with dishes, glasses, mugs, and silverware as well lots of pots and pans. Brian was very responsive to my questions throughout the week. The furniture (and. piano) are a bit worn, but this did not interfere with our wonderful vacation.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner, Brian, was easy to communicate with in anticipation of the stay and the check-in process was seamless. The space was large and comfortable. It was just the change of scenery we needed with beautiful views and spaces. We stayed in the winter so I can't comment on the pool/hot tub/ or water activities, but they looked beautifully appointed and I would be interested in returning during the warmer months to take advantage of these. I have no complaints as we found everything to be "as advertised" and "functioning properly". The light switches were confusing as some are labeled and some are not, but that is just a matter of trial and error. If I came back, I would love to see lawn games like bocce, croquet provided as well as indoor/board games. There were plenty of books and we brought some games with us, but it is always nice to have additional options.

Plenty of space for my family of 10 to comfortably sleep, hang out, and eat. We loved the deck outside and the dock for fresh air. Easy communication with Brian. Would absolutely book again in the future as we had a wonderful experience!

Overall, this house fit the needs of our group extremely well. We were a group of 10 in our late 20s and 30s, and a few in our group brought our dogs. We only stayed Friday through Sunday, and the owner was flexible with our arrival and departure time (which was greatly appreciated!). He was great with communication by text throughout the weekend. The backyard was large, and the hot tub was perfect for the cool weather. The decor of the house is extremely dated, but again, it fit the needs overall of our weekend stay. We cooked almost every meal at the house because of COVID-19 restrictions, and it was lovely having the space to do so. We had to sign a lease for our three day stay, which I and my guests (most of us lawyers) were not accustomed to. I was personally let down by two details that were advertised at time of booking: (1) the "kayak/ canoe" and (2) the jetted tub. There was no kayak or canoe for use at the property. We were hoping for this since there are Suffolk County beach restrictions related to COVID-19. Luckily, we were still able to visit Pike Beach with no issue. I let the owner know about how let down I was by the lack of a kayak or canoe for our use. His only response was that I could rent one locally, which I found to be rude. The jetted tub would not plug, and so I was also unable to use this feature of the home. Overall, great stay for our weekend needs. I'm not sure that I would book again at this price point.

My group had such a great stay at this property! The pool and backyard were beautiful, and we had fantastic weather to enjoy them in. The house is more than spacious with enough rooms for a large group like mine to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked with tons of pots, pans and cooking utensils for us to prepare and serve several big group meals. The sprawling back deck was the perfect spot to enjoy dinner and watch the sunset over the river. Brian was a great host - very accommodating and responsive when we reached out with questions. Would definitely recommend this stay!
