Situated in Dillon Beach, this lovely house for R 14,168 per night is a great option for your next vacation. The Sea Turtle is a very clean well built single level home from 5StarVR with a large open living space and great views of the beach, ocean and Bodega Bay. The home was renovated in 2021 to add another bathroom for a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths with 2 of the bedrooms with full baths en-suite. There are new hardwood floors and fresh paint throughout including kitchen and bathroom cabinets. The master bathroom is spa like with a double steam shower and double size whirlpool tub. A lot of new furniture is also in place so you won't find any old hand me downs from home. There are also 2 washers and 2 dryers to get your laundry done faster. The views are wonderful, and this property offers an up close experience with wildlife a few feet from the deck as the space between houses is a favorite path for deer, wild turkey and quail. All of our vacation rentals are completely stocked with essential cookware, dinnerware and consumable supplies like toilet paper; paper towels; shampoo & conditioner; bath, dish hand and laundry soaps; and various trash bags. Luxurious linens are also provided. The hot tub is heated at no additional charge all year. Bring your electric car! We added a 240 volt outlet so now you can get a full charge for your electric car. All houses are non-smoking indoors. This is an amazing property for family and friends to gather but it is NOT a party house! Amplified music is not allowed outdoors at vacation rentals in the County and there are cameras that monitor parking areas and decimal meters that alert us to excessive noise. Quiet time for this County is between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Groups that abuse these rules will be subject to immediate eviction and could be subject to large fines and potential legal action. We were 8 friends who get away annually, often to the CA coast. This house has 4 king size beds plus ample bathroom facilities and a perfect great-room arrangement. The kitchen was well-stocked and we did all our own cooking during our stay and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back!

A wonderful home with amazing views from every room. Was perfect for our women’s grad school friends reunion weekend. Lots of table space for puzzles and drawing. We loved it! The property manager, Randy, was very responsive and helpful!

Great place for family. Beach is about a 15-20 minute walk straight downhill. The walk back is tough. If you drive to the beach, parking is $10 a car. Kitchen was well stocked. Cleanliness was on point. Great property overall.

Loved the layout of the home- a great collection of games and puzzles for all ages kept us gathered and laughing. Kitchen and cooking utensils/pots and pans were more than expected, all new and matching. As foodies and cooks, this was very important to us and everything was better than expected, fresh, and comfortable. Would definitely return.

Nice clean property. Though we thought the description referred to a "lower" floor with more beds. So our older son and family couldnt come as we had no more room.

we had multi generation of family celebrating my dad's 90th birthday. The living area is very spacious, with a huge dinning table that seated us all together. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a large group. it is very well stocked. We the more fit ones in the group, took a couple walks to the beach, it's a steep hill down, and even steeper hill back up. Great exercise! The views are beautiful from on top of the hill.

Our group of five adults really enjoyed relaxing and taking in the views of the ocean and Tomales Bay. The place is very comfortable, quiet, and very clean. The kitchen is particularly well equipped including a variety of spices.

We were so happy with our VRBO experience! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was everything we needed it to be (sharp knives, gas stove, etc). It was close to the ocean and had a beautiful view. In addition, any issues we had were immediately addressed by the management. We will definitely be coming back here again!

We so enjoyed our stay with our grown sons and our daughter in law at the Sea Turtle! It was spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated with many amenities. The hot tub was great! The first few days were really stormy, so we're glad we'd brought plenty of food, and we made good use of the well equipped kitchen. We do recommend they replace the pots and pans, they're badly scratched. The wood burning stove worked very well, you just need to bring your own wood. Having 4 bedrooms with king beds made for great sleeping arrangements. Fantastic views, and overall a great stay! I will say, the walk to the beach was too strenuous for most of us, but we just drove down to Lawson's Landing and paid a nominal parking fee.

Our family of 4 adults and 1 four-year-old had a great time at Sea Turtle. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We had some trouble with the TV connecting but we figured out a way to watch football & soccer, despite the connectivity issues. The lights in laundry room went out but that was not a problem. Randy was great when we talked to him, though we weren't able to use the Dish TV.

A very comfortable property, well outfitted, with great views of Dillon Beach, the Pacific, and sunsets from the top of Dillon Beach’s Oceanview private development. The beach itself is fabulous for walks, dogs running / playing in the surf, beach campfires, and surfing. Near several fun restaurants on Tomales Bay - great oysters!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Sea Turtle. Perfect and spacious house that was well equipped, we did not lack anything, and the beds were very comfortable. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, with an amazing view down to Dillon Beach, Tomales Bay, and beyond. The sunsets were amazing which we viewed while eating dinner. Meals take some planning, as there are only limited dining and shopping options nearby. Just be prepared for that. One night we got a take-out (pasta and salad) from Dinucchi's, an Italian restaurant about 15 minutes away in Ford Valley. Everyone loved that dinner. We also dined there on the way to Dillon Beach, as that was the only nearby restaurant that was open at 7 PM on a Thursday night. We enjoyed the food and the 5-course dinner was an unexpected surprise. Highly recommend the Sea Turtle!

Us 9 high school girlfriends, now in our 60's, do two trips a year somewhere in Calif. We walked in and gazed with "wow, it's beautiful." It is exactly as listed - roomy, comfortable, exceptionally clean, and gorgeous! "Totally Us" We especially enjoyed the open living space to the kitchen so we could all hear the 5+ conversations going on at once - Ha! We will be back! Brewsters Beer Garden/Grill in Petaluma is a must stop for lunch on the way to Dillons!!
