Nice beach next to the Cabinas and near to all facilities

Super friendly stuff (even gave me a hint, when room service was done for an earlier check-in), nice kitchen area with a beautiful view (2nd floor) and a comfy bed. Nice located as well, very close to the beach.
Bath sink was a bit dirty, as well as the shower. Also some big ants and moths in the room (no food was stored outside).

The location was perfect 5 min walking to the beach and nice restaurants
it was quite noisy at night but I guess Santa Teresa is about night life

I loved this place! Very nice and earthy, not the cleanest or newest but great location on banana beach and we had a lovely time!
Could’ve been slightly cleaner but honestly it was great like I wasn’t even bothered by it.

Location is perfect!
Beds and mattresses are uncomfortable. Very noisy, if someone upstairs is walking, it seems they’re walking straight on your head! Bad sound isolation.

Short walk to the beach, close to the stores and restaurants in town. Bed was comfortable. AC worked well.
Hard to sleep at night because the place was right on the road, and noise traffic is loud. Poor insulation in the cabina, as several flies, ants, and mosquitos would get in my room. I got multiple mosquito bites just sitting inside. I also found a crab in my bathroom. The shower door was poorly designed and did not close all the way (there was a couple inches of gap), so I had to shower with low water pressure so water wouldn't get everywhere. Wifi was also not great or consistent.

The place is located right at the banana beach in Teresa. Safe Parking in front of the cabina. The hosts are very kind and helpful and keep on having contact via WhatsApp for any questions. We had small issues like the light on the terace which has been fixed right away. Staff is coming and cleaning the room daily. It's a good place to live a simple beach life that feels like having a home in paradise
Water pressure of the shower is quite low.

Great location. Steps from the beach by a short private path. The room was excellent with cooking facilities. It was quiet and well maintained. I would stay here again
Unfortunately although you are close to the beach, there is no view from the cabinas. I would have loved a view

Really good facilities, fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom en-suite. Really nice small shared pool that we didn’t know about but was great. The location was perfect, literally a 2min walk from the beach and right next to banana beach - a great beach bar and restaurant.
When using the kitchen appliances, the lights in the room turn really dim which was a bit annoying but not a problem.

The person in charge was very friendly and had great customer service. Very responsive, and helped with with making sure my stay was very comfortable. 10/10 recommend this place for a couple.

good location. easy access to the beach. the cleaning lady is very sweet, although the place is not very clean compared to all other Tico places I’ve stayed. the pool is nice to have.
the noise from the road is unbearable. the road is about 6 feet from the wall that the head of your bed is on and traffic during high season is very loud and constant. this is really the main drawback of this place.
also the kitchenware is very old, although they told me while I was there (for a month) they would be replacing these things, so hopefully they did.

Great location to the beach, hang out at banana beach and order something on the lounge area. Music almost every night. AC worked great. Great price and cant beat price on that location.
Street was SUPER loud, every bus or motorcycle would tremble the room. Room was not that clean, i left a wrapper one night and was full of bugs and critters in the morning, a CRAZY amount. Shower wasnt the cleaniest and had a smell. Host wasnt too responsive but did answer most of my concerns.
