Schöne Wohnung im Altbau mit top Lage.

Die Lage ist top. Die Inneneinrichtung hat uns auch sehr gefallen.

Das Bad mit der Dusche ist verbesserungswürdig, nach unserer Info soll das aber bald erneuert werden.

Prima verblijf, goed locatie

Locatie is midden in het centrum en uit de ramen is porta nigra te zien.

Het was erg stoffig, en er was geen handleiding voor de douche en het koffiezet apparaat. Duurde best lang voordat we doorhadden hoe beide werkte

Perfekter Aufenthalt!

Alles war super. Die Wohnung war trotz der Lage ruhig und sehr geräumig. An der Sauberkeit hatten wir nichts auszusetzen. Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr zentral aber dreckig& hellhörig. Nicht länger als 2 Nächte!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich direkt in der Stadt, vor der Porta Nigra also super zentral. Die Küchenausstattung war auch sehr gut. Es gab einen Backofen, einen Herd, eine Mikrowelle, Toaster und eine Bohnen Cafémaschine.

Die Möbel der Unterkunft waren sichtlich alt, abgenutzt und schmuddelig. Das Badezimmer und oben das Schlafzimmer waren voller Schmutz/ Staub vorallem unter den Möbeln. Als Allergiker eine ganz blöde Nummer. Der Wohlfühlfaktor war in dieser Wohnung nicht vorhanden! Man hat Wand an Wand mit den Nachbarn gewohnt und es war so hellhörig, als würden sie bei uns im Wohnzimmer sitzen.

Prima sache -wiederholenswert

Schlüsseltresor am Eingang. Code wurde rechtzeitig und eindeutig übermittelt. Alles gut gekappt. Lage ausgezeichnet, direkt an der Porta Nigra, kulturelle Orte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung war sauber, ruhig, gut ausgestattet und (bis auf die Lampe) interessant eingerichtet.

Die Lampe in der Ecke vom Wohnzimmer geht gar nicht. Sie erinnert zu sehr an den Gottseibeiuns. Heizung im Bad ist nicht zu steuern gewesen. Der Jaccusi muss dringend gewartet werden

Great!

Very good apartment within 7 minute walk to the hospital, the purpose of our stay. Easy access to the apartment and the area around the Black Gate. Staff was great to work with and worked with us on our unknown plans as we waited for the release from the hospital.

Only thing is the toilet seat was a little loose, easy to fix!

fantastisch !

Geweldige locatie schuin tegenover de Porta Nigra met een erg fraaie en comfortabele inrichting. Schone badkamer en slaapkamer(s) waren ruim en er was voldoende keuken/bad linnen en beddegoed aanwezig. Gezellige drukte op het plein waar je op kijkt maar ook fijn stil als de ramen worden gesloten. Alles vlakbij bij de hand zoals een super en restaurantjes zoals heel vlakbij Dean & David. WhatsApp contact met de host ging snel en vriendelijk.

Parkeren voor de deur om (zware) bagage uit te laden was niet mogelijk en kan het beste vlakbij worden geparkeerd voor een korte tijd op de Simeonstiftplatz. Later hebben wij geparkeerd in het aanbevolen Parkhaus Hauptmarkt Trier. Het was daar wel een probleem om een weekkaart te kopen. Dat was niet goed bekend bij personeel van de parkeergarage en hebben we de volgende dag bij het hoofdkantoor vlakbij kunnen doen. Alleen wat kleine ongemakjes tegengekomen zoals het ontbreken van een nachtlampje in de voorste slaapkamer..

We really enjoyed our stay, the location is fantstic. we were based in the heart of Trier.

the directions to the property was confusing. we got lost, despite being accompanied by locals

a bit difficult to navigate the many flights of stairs to the loft with 4 heavy suitcases, no lift

Exceptional

We loved the location (pedestrian zone near restaurants/shopping) and view from the room (right outside the Porta Nigra!), how well-equipped the apartment was (great shower, coffee machine, kitchen supplies, etc.), and especially the beds! My husband is very picky about beds, and he said these beds were the most comfortable he's slept in during our 2-week road trip vacation through France/Belgium/Germany.

Location is the best. Wonderful! Host is very helpful and quick response. Wifi is fast.

An unpleasant smell coming from the shower drainage needs some special clean-up. No elevator to go up to the attic floor with even asmall piece of luggage was difficult. But, for young people under 50 should be okay. Cigarette smoke odor from the other units of the building stinks the bathroom. (Host told us that they were not supposed to smoke in the building)

Great central location in the city centre The necessary info before the stay Parking was very close by and at a good weekly rate The back terrace next to the master bedroom The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable The cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation The shower with spa facilities even though not everything was working properly The helpfulness of the host although communication went only through messaging

The contactless exchange of information, although easy at first, not really helpful in case of many questions because you don't want to bother the host with constant messages. I did not travel in corona times either so I don't understand the contactless necessity. The somewhat erratic communication as to my arrival hour (not very clear and contradictory) As I foreign tourist you don't know how to use the different electrical appliances because everything is different from your home country. Some info would be welcome even in written. No info about garbage disposal at first. The very noisy neighbours above us (between 6pm and 10pm). The lack of international TV channels. Not everyone speaks or understands german. I suppose that the accommodation is also for tourists so at least some english, dutch and french channels (neigbouring countries) would be welcome otherwise the TV is completely useless which was. The bus stop in front of the accommodation. Kitchen utensils lacking such as a can opener which is really basic. It would be good to know before hand what kitchenware or food (like salt or oil) is available on site. I was not sure if I needed to bring towels because it is an aparthotel which makes it confusing. The initial necessity to pay by credit card but this was resolved eventually.

very enjoyable. after checking in and going back out to explore we came in and felt at home.

the place had everything we needed. a nice living room and two bedrooms, perfect for travelling with my family. while very close to the street seemed, it would be loud, yet it was not. it was well decorated. I loved the posters with the motivational sayings. once I figured out the coffee machine it was great. (It was me) I traveled 8 nights with my cousin and his wife, and by far this was the nicest place as far as convenient, inside decor, cleanliness and suitable for our needs.

nothing that relates to the apartment. just the way of the world things like having to wait until day before to find out how to get key or code etc. yet when I did find out, they even sent a video, so made my major not like, about travelling and staying in apartment or places without front desk, a very pleasant experience. also, it might have been nice if there were somewhere to leave your bags before and after check in. while we only came for one night, we arrived at 130, and could not check in until 3 (check the donut place next door it is great) and also, we were not leaving until 3 next day, by bus not near the apartment. yet, I did not ask, so perhaps if I had there might have been somewhere to leave our bags for 2 hours after checking out. I say to someone as a guest, just ask, don't be like me and not ask.

They should alert the inside look of the unit we stayed. I submitted one picture to it.

Location - about 1km from main train station and with 50 meters from Ports Niaga. Easy access to the tourist information office and hop-on-off bus.

The unit we stayed was not the one shown on the web. It was a penthouse needs more detailed works on supplies. The unite was on the top level on the 5th. We are so pleased the have John to handle our luggages.

Expensive, rude staff, good location

The location is very central and in the old town.

The communication with staff was not easy. We were not given proper introduction. The messages of the responsible person were rather rude. The flat does not have any sound isolation so you hear everything happening on the street. The kitchen was not well equipped. The coffee machine did not work. The price was too high for what it is. The coach is horrible to sleep on.

Location is perfect! it was lovely view out the window of the Porta Nigea. It was nice being able to walk out of the apartment and straight into the city. center. The apartment had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The apartment was clean and the host was helpful.

Good location but...

Great location, owner very responsive to messages. Easy contactless check in. Easy access to town and easy walk from train station to property.

Asked for cot in advance but was not provided. Had to chase and no apology given. Was only provided with small amount of toilet paper which ran out on first day. Again had to chase. Apartment was not cleaned satisfactory. They came back to reclean but unfortunately I found food on the floor (not from our visit) and lots of hair after they left. Large thick rugs on the floor didn't help. No air con.
