Die Lage der Unterkunft ist unschlagbar. Das Zimmer ist sehr großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Mauro ist eine sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Wirklich alles TOP!

Super tolle Lage, inmitten der Stadt über einem Plaza. daher war ein offenes Fenster über Nacht leider nicht möglich und wir sind nicht so die Klimaanlage Menschen. Es wurde für uns ein Transfer vom Flughafen in die Stadt organisiert und sonst hat auch alles gepasst, sauber und funktionierendes WLAN. Gastgeber Kontakt über WhatsApp sehr gut!
Ansonsten ist alles schnell zu erreichen und man kann abends noch gemütlich einen Cocktail auf der Plaza trinken und hat Babyphone Empfang 😊
Mir persönlich waren die Kissen etwas zu dick und wie schon aus anderen Bewertungen zu lesen, war das Frühstück ein Gepäck und ein Getränk in einem nahe gelegenen Café. Die Bädergröße in den Zimmer scheint zu variieren, unseres war eher klein für zwei Personen mit Kleinkind.

The room was very nicely furbished, right in the centre of Cagliari. Parking was not a problem around the property. Very clean and spacious bathroom with a very nice shower and all amenities included.
Everything was great, no complaints.

The rooms are super clean with a very comfortable bed! Its located perfectlly in a city center where we have a lot of great restaurants. Easy to get there and easy to enter the building/room. Really nice breakfast and nice cup of coffee. Definetaly will come back again.

The room’s title mentions “with balcony”. However this is a “french” balcony, not the kind you can step outside to.

The location was perfect! We were in the heart of the restaurant and bar area of the city, beside the shopping district, near the port, taxi rank and tour buses.

Great central location, easy self-check-in, nice bathroom, good room size.
The place was quite dirty and smelly. Especially the bed didn't feel tidy.

Everything else was superb! Place was very comfortable and clean. The bed was excellent and Mauro was always kind and very helpful. Location could not be better.
Breakfast could have been: using the coffee machine in the kitchen and providing some small items in the fridge. The café option was not really worth it for us.

The place is well situated! Maura is adorable and the room is clean, bed comfy, and the decoration is modern! We just love this property and totally recommend it !

Amazing location, just on the most vibrant piazza in the city. Despite that the room was really well isolated and we could have a good sleep despite people eating and drinking just next to us. Room was great, very fresh, clean, spacious and stylish. Breakfast is ok, in the nearby cafe - as our stay was during covid restriction we could not complain.

This is city mansion hotel. Heart of the city - Cagliari. Going out you enter a square with many restaurants and bars. Walking distance a food paradise street for each pocket - also luxury. Vivid spot. Breakfast in the cafe bar in the neighbourhood. but still water, coffee maker and simple snacks available in the hotel. I like the guy - Mario (?) - friendly Sardinian and good guide
parking is a problem because its walking distance from the hotel. so if you travel with children it can be a challenge. public parking so it can be a problem fo find a parking lot.
