Riad Oasis 3 is a stunning and beautifully decorated and spacious property. Very well laid out, with a fantastic central courtyard with a pool, a cozy breakfast nook, and even a rooftop terrace. The host, Amine, and his team went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. He helped us with all the queries we had, and helped us to plan the activities we wanted to do. We enjoyed the lovely Moroccan cuisine which we booked as an extra service, and the rooms and property were immaculately maintained. A special mention also for our driver Mustapha, who drove us wherever we wanted to go and was an extremely pleasant and helpful person. All in all, our holiday was an extremely memorable one and I would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to Marrakech.
We were unaware that being inside the medina old town, cars could not drive to the property and there was about a 7-10 minute walk from the medina main gate to the riad. This initially presented a challenge as one of my party was disabled, however Amine quickly helped us to solve the problem by arranging to have a tuk tuk driver bring those less able to walk to the medina gate.

Well located, calm within busy city.

Amazing premises, excellent hospitality by staff. Great location in terms of proximity to the market/souks/restaurants.
Very comfortable rooms - 4 are air-conditioned - 3 doubles/1 twin, each with its own ensuite. There is plenty of lounge space for a large family - we travelled as a group of 8 people.
The premises are well maintained and kept very clean. Daily cleaning service and hearty breakfast. For those who prefer to, they offer lunch and dinner service at extra cost (calculated per head), which we didn't utilise as we dined out most nights. Coffee pods are available at extra cost, along with wines. They provided a small bottle of water at the beginning of our stay (2 per bedroom), after which larger bottles are available for purchase directly from them.
Shampoo and shower gel provided. There is no shortage of towels. Plenty hot water in the taps with good pressure in the bathrooms. TV is available for use in the living room and master bedroom (limited channels, though).
They provide laundry service on site.
Really lovely pool in the heart of the property that the family thoroughly enjoyed. There is a garden terrace with herb shrubs and vegetation. Breakfast was offered to be served there, but we chose to eat by the poolside and in the dining room. Plenty an early morning was spent upstairs, and it was peaceful with songbirds starting at sunrise.
Staff remained on site until mid-day to assist guests and cleaning, after which we were afforded complete privacy until the next morning.
At no point in the stay were we greeted by unhappy faces. Their staff were the epitome of professionalism. All we ever encountered were smiling faces and staff who were delighted to be of service.
This is a property that is worth booking - it was difficult coming up with any negatives, as you can see from our review, at most the slightest of inconveniences encountered.
Access to the property is through winding cobbled paths - our suitcase wheels took a battering. We also got lost on our way in, but staff were anticipating our arrival and were easily contactable via the platform. Would recommend a porter service to the property as they know their way in from where taxis drop off guests.
We were under the impression that the kitchenette and washing machine was for unrestricted use of guests during booking, however, they later clarified that they'd prefer the kitchen not used for guest's extensive cooking (to be fair to them, they were very accommodating in that there were no complaints when we used cutlery/ chopping boards / dishes for our own simple lunches/sandwich preparations as I have children and they prefer light meals during the day).
We came across one cockroach in our suitcase during the stay of 4 nights, however to provide context, my brother was at another riad and his room was infested with at least 3 live cockroaches every single day - he eventually checked out and came to stay with us because of it. From what we saw, there is a cockroach infestation around the town centre, and we're surprised that we did not encounter many more in the accommodation.

Place was well done and conveniently located
Breakfast was terrible. A Shane given the efforts with the place.
We asked for a traditional meal one night. Probably the worst tagine ever and side dishes were tasteless, overcooked and clearly microwaved to reheat.

Fabulous Riad all to ourselves. Amine took great care of us responding promptly to all our requests - from transfers to sightseeing to drinks and snacks. Bouchra and Kalima provided fabulous breakfasts each day and a wonderful evening meal on our first night. Perfect location to explore the Medina and beyond, although it was really hard to stray from the Riad and the pool.

Amine (the manager) was so helpful and on hand, no job too small. the staff were discreet and subtle while also being on hand if we needed them.
breakfast was excellent, we didn’t try the lunch or dinner here but kind of wish we had now.
it’s a super chilled hideaway right in the middle of all the action of the Medina
finding it would be tricky because it’s down some windy alley’s but Amine and his staff meet you at a taxi rank and take your luggage all the way to the riad.
honestly can’t recommend it enough, the interior decor was gorgeous and they have a good sound system, beds are comfy. all good no bad!
