הצוות מדהים. איך שהגענו הביאו לנו שתיה קרה לקחו את המזוודות ונתנו לנו את כל המידע שהיה צריך. תמיד ענו על כל שאלה בסבלנות ובאכפתיות אמיתית, נתנו המלצות מצויינות ונתנו מענה לכל מה שהיינו צריכות. אפילו אחרי שהקבלה נסגרת יש טלפונים שאפשר להתקשר ולקבל מענה. למלון יש שירות מוניות- אפשר להזמין מונית מהבוקר עד 11 בלילה בעלות של 100 בהט לאדם לכל מקום באי. מחיר מצוין לא ניתן למצוא באי בפחות מ150 לאדם, הנהג מקסים ותמיד מגיע מהר. כל בוקר נותנים מגבות נקיות, נשנושים וכל מה שצריך. ממש אהבתי ותמורה מעולה למחיר!

Excellent stay in Koh Tao

The staff at this place are excellent, from the moment they greeted us we saw how nice and helpful they were at all times and they pay so much attention to every detail. There are some local restaurants walking distance, but you can also drive scooter 5 minutes to the main restaurant/bar area and some amazing beaches. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back if I go back to Koh Tao.

We love Mar24! Perfect place to handle a family.

Kung, Naing, Oh and Thongchai made us feel like family by taking care of my mother, 2 kids and myself for a week. They helped us with secret snorkeling spots, reduced rate taxis, umbrellas when it was raining, restaurants that can handle picky kids, test drive scooters that we could not handle and checked the wave height at certain beaches to make sure the swimming would be safe for us. Our room was spotless every day, fresh water, a variety of snacks put in our room plus comfortable beds. With the AC and rotating ceiling fans we slept solid every night. Also we could walk to breakfast every morning and choose between different restaurants. At night I was able to telework using the free WiFi with a VPN with no issues including Teams meetings. We were sad when we left. Mar24 and it's staff is the best place we stayed during our 2 month holiday. Xoxoxo

Practical & great staff

We were nicely expected at Mar24 where we got plenty of explanations on how to optimize our short stay on the island. We really liked that the hotel is offering drinkable water where you can fill up your own bottles. It would really make sense to have this everywhere on the island as to avoid using any more plastic. Being unable to drive a scooter, by paying a fee, we could have the hotel driver take us places on the island (200baht one way). It wasn't cheap but the driver was agreeable and it was a fun way to travel). The swimming pool had a troubled look but it was nice to be able to dive in really close to our room. Also it was very convenient to be pick up from and to the pier. The host and people working there were agreeable and very professional.

The room was clean, however the furniture felt quite outdated. The bathroom could also get worked on a little. There was a really strong smell of naphtaline in our room but on the good side we haven't seen an insect there. A plant in the room could eventually give a lighter feel to it?

Great hotel option for travelers in Koh Tao

The front desk was one of the best part of the property. He was very helpful with answering inquiries. He provided an overview of things to do in the island. The property offers a free shuttle to and from the pier. They also rent out scooters themselves. The room I got was very spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning needs some time to cool the entire room but that was ok. Water heater worked well. Small snacks were provided everyday

The property is a bit far from the center of the island. It’s ok if you’re renting/using a scooter but it might not be ideal if you’re just planning to walk around. I also wished they provided basic toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste.

The best hotel I stayed at during my trip

I loved this hotel. Staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. They even arranged for me to picked up early in the morning after arriving on the night ferry. Free welcoming drink and able to check in early. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a nice view. I didn't use the pool, but it looked very inviting. Rooms were cleaned on request, but even when not cleaned staff would leave a basket outside your door with clean towels, coffee/tea and snacks (a different snack every day). It was great having refillable water bottles in the room. The hotel was walking distance (around 30 minutes) from the pier, but very close to Shark Bay and Freedom Beach. Safe in the room was large enough to fit a laptop, which was very much appreciated. Free ride to the pier after checkout. Room has a fan and an air conditioner

Great staff, great snacks :)

The staff were so friendly and helpful. On arrival they gave us a really good run down of the Island - best places to see and eat. They helped us book a snorkeling trip which was amazing, and our onward journey to Phuket. The pool was nice to cool off in. They left a different snack each day. Being able to refill bottles without throw away plastic was great.

Comfortable stay at cute hotel

Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Great local knowledge and super helpful with booking tours and taxis. One of the staff went out of his way to help me collect my ferry tickets before the office shut. Welcome drink on arrival, clean throughout and very comfortable beds. A great stay!

Very good

The staff were lovely and very informative about the island when you arrive; where to go, what to do, how much it should cost etc. The rooms are very comfortable, cleaned every day if you wish and you get a different snack every day which is a really nice little touch. We loved that they offer a pick up and drop off to the ferry port this is sooo helpful! Locatjon is good & bad depending where you want to go and if you had a ped. If you have a ped it’s no problem, perfect location! if you’re walking like us it was good & bad. To get to Sairee beach which is where we ate dinner every night it is a little far about 35/40 minutes each way (the hotel does offer a taxi for cheaper than local tuk tuks). Location is great for the other beaches though such as Freedom beach, June Jea Bay etc.

Nothing bad to say apart from the pool looked as though it could be a bit cleaner

We loved this place! Especially the staff, everybody is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are bright, clean and have a small fridge. All in all, great value for money.

Best hospitality in Thailand

The welcome that you get when you arrive here is superb. Along with a deliciously refreshing drink, you get a great overview of the island with superb recommendations - we loved the restaurant suggestions and also favourite view points and beaches. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed - the refillable water is superb. The pool area was also lovely. Even better were the little snacks that were left, they were delicious! We have stayed at many places in Thailand, but felt more at home here than anywhere else. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Stuff was very kind! Took care of everything. You can rent a scooter, they give you free ride to the pier, refill water, they'll buy you the ferry tickets.. it was really good

the hotel looks pretty new, the location is good, close to pier and beach there is a pool and the staff is friendly

the room was nice but there were no courtains at the windows so i woke up when the sun hit the bed.. i suggest you to book a room that is not in the front of the hotel

Location was the best, 5min from the beach and full of restaurants.

There was only one plug in the room (next to a bed) and no places to hang the towel. Also, a friend of mine booked and when he arrived they told him it was sold out.

hotel is exactly like the photos, only the bathroom is a bit outdated as previously mentioned. beds are comfortable, staff eager to help and always friendly and the swimming pool free to use 24 hours a day. renting a scooter is very easy there but also quite necessary as the closest beach is not that big when theres high tide

first day there were construction workers suddenly standing in front of my window while I was laying in bed, after mentioning this to the staff they let us know in advance when work was planned

Extremely helpful and friendly staff who really went above and beyond. Nice clean and comfortable room. Good to have a pool for use also. Daily replenishment of towels, snacks and coffee etc. Free shuttle to and from ferry port.

A little far from sairee beach (30-40 minute walk). Nice beaches within walking distance and some nice cafes and restaurants, quite a quiet area locally so if looking for nightlife might be better to stay closer to Sairee beach (or get taxis which are a little expensive on the island)

Great little hotel with phenomenal staff 😍

Fantastic staff, clean and nice rooms, good location that is just a few minutes walk to the main pier (10-15 minutes). Free taxi service from and to the pier.

The bathroom atleast in our room showed some signs of needing a little renovation, but nothing serious.

We loved our stay here. Booked for 2 weeks but ended up staying an additional 4 nights. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for a better hotel stay. Highly recommend!

Nice place to stay, they offer snacks every day and water.

Very nice pool, quite place and friendly staff. The room was really nice and you can rent a bike at the reception. Water available to fill up your bottle and daily snacks :)
