Near to center of Kyiv. And also apartment was have very good and green wiev.

Ashtag wasn't empty and also there was a smell of damp because the ceiling was damp.

The apartment is very cozy. Two good bedrooms king size and still more one had a good sofa bed. Two balconies. Good temperature. We liked this apartment . Even humble zone 100 m distance there are a lot of big new malls and shops.

Even the apartment itself is very good, be mentalized for a humble and old building, entrance, elevator. The paid parking is a closed unconvered ground plot. It is very well guarded 24 hours, no problem about that. The real price is 50 griven, still cheap. There was also place to park on the street next to the building.

I do not like any thing at all was the worst apartment ever I have booked from booking no even a hot water for bathing.

I did not like many things I did not like hay the owner was not nice from start i paid for three rooms got only two rooms, they hot water was not working and eh floor was dem cold . Also we forget money and the owner did not want to pick calls and I guess not want to return the money, I strongly do not recommend this apartment .

The main train station (Kyiv-Pasazhyrskyi) is close to the apartment - less than 10 minutes walk away. Along the way to the train station there are nice coffee shop (Cactus espresso bar), big supermarket, few nice restaurants as well as fastfoods (McDonalds and KFC). There are some small shops inside the train station where you can buy e.g. local SIM card or souvenirs. The apartment itself is spacious and appropriately equipped. I appreciate proactive communication from the owner.

The heating was not working in the apartment, so it was literally cold as a cave. During the day and even in the evening it was warmer outside than inside (max. daily temperature outside was 15°C). Also the whole apartment stinks - obviously there were some heavy smokers some time ago, so the wallpapers are soaked with the cigarette smoke. And it was later covered with some cheap air freshener spray. The bed sheets were stinky (not properly washed) as well as the pillows itself (sour sweaty smell). At least the blankets were warm enough, so we didn't freeze to death during the night. The towels had also terrible smell - better bring your own.
