Greate location,clean and comfortable

Nice and clean, comfortable apartment with kitchenette. Quiet area, close to tram and sea. Car par on property. Very good accommodation for families. Good price!!!

A bit outdated bathroom but without any issues (not complaining)

The location was great nice and peaceful and just a short tram ride away from the tower also the apartment was spotless and very well equipped for a family of 5 would definitely recommend 👌

The bed was comfy

A few things need sorting 1. The host needs to make people aware of the house rules and hidden costs before booking. 2. Our electricity died at 1 am which caused a lot of inconvenience. This is absolutely ridiculous you don’t book a room and expect to have to pay electric on top of that. 3.The host expects the apartments to be left clean as it was found or she has a hidden charge which isn’t mentioned apart from a post in the kitchen. 4. The whole apartment felt crammed. in the bathroom especially the shower was tiny you could only just fit in it. Overall the only thing I liked about the apartment was the best was comfy ish.

It was peaceful and quiet as I have a child with Autism she likes peaceful situations and it was. Also I liked having my own back door to go out into a lovely garden where I could sit on bench and relax.

I felt in the shower I was sliding and no rail to grab on to it was scary and I slipped a few times coming out shower no rubber mat

Easy access to bus & tram. Being able to park at property. Easy entry on arrival.

Room was a bit dated. I think property was in state of renovation. Blinds in sleeping room, could do with a black out blind or curtains, with the street lighting it was like sleeping in daylight. Electrics need updating, window in toilet was unable to close or open, shower only which was dated, it was like having a shower in backyard. Light above mirror only worked on one side. Fan to bathroom was very noisy. Microwave was rusty on turntable, and noisy. cooker was rusty at front and hob plates. Unable to unplug electric kettle from socket. We had to switch fridge off at night as it was like a whistle noise especially as bed was in with kitchen/living room.

Apartment was clean and comfortable. Everything was fine

Nothing really. Being near to the front door was the only issue as some people coming and going were noisy.

The location is fantastic for the Tram service with Cliffs Hill stop a minutes walk away on the sea front, meaning you can park your car and leave it their for the duration of your break. Really friendly couple who checked in to make sure everything was okay, and of course it was. Will happily return here again.

Nothing really, was spot on for the price

Great location. Easy check In and very well equipped we had a great stay. Safe and comfortable. Very clean but as with other reviews a-bit dated

The only thing that we can comment on was the smell from the bathroom, and some of the dishes were still dirty but didn’t warrant a complaint.

Stayed at this property on numerous occasions we love the location the apartments are very comfortable and clean.

We used to stay at apartment for a weekend. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We had everything we need, microwave/fridge freezer/ iron/smart tv/parking and very nice maintained communal garden. Owners are very lovely people. I would recommend the apartment to everyone. It was pleasure to stay there. Thank you Sue and Jim so much for doing everything for your customers xxx

The apartment was nicely decorated, and all the facilities were in good order and working. Access to the rear garden was a blessing due to the hot weather.

The electricity meter was unexpected. Usually part of the cost of your stay includes the electricity.

Spotlessly clean, staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful, had a lovely stay thank you.

Was a beautiful room to stay in very clean and tidy everything that was needed was there

Just one thing the electric top up we stayed two nights so we made a lot of use of the shower room which did take a pound at a time maybe we could of spent lesser time in there but the weather was hot so I guess we needed it 😄

I love the place and we been here second time . I love it . And my kids love it.

The pillows was smells bad 👎. But otherwise everything was great love it and I'll be back on August 2023.

Room was clean and comfortable also door entry was good they have thought of everything except hair dryer as i decided to leave mine at home this time silly me 🙂 good location that we were looking for. We had a nice walk down to Tower £7.50 for taxi back home would recommend

I didn’t like anything…. WE LOVED EVERYTHING :-D It was lush and quiet, okay it was out of the way of the attractions but when I don’t like a lot of noise when I’m tired or trying to sleep so it was exceptionally ideal. Shops within reach, 2 minutes up the road. The apartment was well worth what we paid, great view of the sea front, sun rise and sun set…

The location was great not far to walk .the room was nice size and nice garden outside it just felt nice when you walked in

One small thing the bed wasn't the comfortable but that maybe just me
