The stay was amazing and most especially the services from staffs! Others were minor so i would recommend this property

Staff were polite and friendly especially Irene!

Sometimes the food on menu not available! There should be proper communication about housekeeping on arrival. We were not told that we needed to leave our key copy behind in order for our room to be cleaned!

You get what you pay for…..

- nog much

- killed 7 (!) cockroaches in my bed - no hot water - the towels were still wet - dirty room - loud party at the premises - breakfast was terrible (especially the coffee!) We mentioned all of this when checking out (especially the cockroaches), but the staffelen didn’t excuse for that. It seems quite “normal” to them… Worst stay of our trip trough Uganda…

Elite backpackers is recommended to everyone who likes to enjoy Masaka and they have safari service

The welcoming and friendly staff and environment. A kind of countryside setup within the city. Food, safety, flexibility and great management. We enjoyed every moment in this place. Birds singing in morning.

Steps were a bit hard to climb but management promised to work on it.

Superb

We got an upgrade and had a beautiful spacious and comfy room with balcony and view of many birds. We liked the buffet breakfast, dinner was good and not overpriced. Staff was very firnedly and helpful.

We thought we could just relax in a very quiet place, but the music at the pool was playing very loud during the whole afternoon. As it's a small place it was very loud in our room as well. The location wasn't well marked so it was a bit difficult ro find, especially in the evening.

good budget stay in Masaka

Louge area was cool, food ok, breakfast reasonable, staff kind. overall good value for the budget cost. room size generous.

Bathroom a bit worn down. Location marker from Booking is misleading and falls 1.5 km short of real location, so double check.

Great place!

The place is close to town, but it is in a cool and quiet environment. The staff welcomed us very warmly and kept us entertained and well taken care of. I loved most the fact that we got a big discount on the room since it was our honeymoon. The management was very attentive to our well-being! Great experience!

Really impressed with this awesome place !

This is such an awesome place to stop halfway between Entebbe/Kampala and Lake hunting or Kalinzu Forest. We really enjoyed it they have a lovely pool, perfect room, friendly staff and AMAZING FOOD !! Definitely try the chicken curry you will not regret. Thank you Elite ❤️

Great value for money

Very welcoming staff at a beautiful accomodation. Dorms were cozy, but nice. Beds were good. Great place to chill.

In front of the dorm at 6:00 a water tank was filled up by a machine, maybe you could reschedule it to a later moment, so not to wake up guests?

Perfection.

This is one of the best hotel I visited in Uganda. Perhaps more luxurious hotels can be found, but this hotel has an absolutely magical atmosphere. Accommodation in "African" style cottages is absolutely magical. The food is so great. In my humble opinion, simply perfection. Staf was sooo friendly.. Incredible place👌👌👌

My home for three months. Amazing!

That's the place to be. I've spent here 3 months and I couldn't be happier. The staff made me feel at home since the first day and the place is super nice. Lot of different spots for working or hanging out, great swimming pool, fantastic breakfast and amazing restaurant! I've enjoyed every single meal. The room was perfect (big enough, confortable bed, hot water, clean sheets and towels) and the location is quite calm and nice, very close by boda boda to Masaka Town. This is my home for next time, no doubt!

Amazing stay

We booked for 3 nights, stayed for 2 weeks! Brilliant chilled resort, delicious food (breakfast lunch and dinner, especially the curry😀, excellent staff!, football on TV, clean pool Amazing value, amazing stay! When visiting Masaka, this is the place to stay! Thank you!!

The very best peaceful and professionally run place we've met in Uganda!

This is absolutely the best place to be hosted in Uganda! At number one the structure: brand new, beautiful, super well arranged: the pool is the cherry on the cake, with a dedicated professional dedicated to it and keeping it at the highest, but the staff takes everything to the highest: they are lovely, always taking care: the manager is a professional and you can tell there are tons of hours of work behind to keep it running; we loved the fact that the place is a meeting point for young locals (several nice couples) that come for an ice-scream, a drink, a swim, and relax in a peaceful context: it's a good meeting place if you like that, but it can be also a super private place if you need to stay by yourself. I've spend hours working with laptop by the pool and my colleague could not believe my zoom background was real!! The manager is also very helpful in arranging the rest of your trip: he also run a proper safari company in the country! Absolutely do not miss!

Good

The hotel and the staff were very well organised and friendly. The rooms were quite clean and we found them as described. They even fulfilled our special booking request for three rooms located next to each other.

The bathroom was ok for the local standards, but for European standards, it was quite worn out. They sprayed the floor of the breakfast area with some sort of badly smelling chemicals and then wanted us to sit there and have breakfast. However, we could choose to sit somewhere else.

Cozy oasis next to Masaka city

Very nice and friendly staff! Very good breakfast and beautiful pool and garden area. They even make Pizza in a wood fired oven and also great real italian coffee!!! Also the small cabins in the garden are a very cozy place in the evenings. All in all it's a great value for the price 👍

The beds could be a little more comfortable.

Alot has to be done to meet the standards of high-end clients

The quiet place and fast internet.

Poor customer care, hygiene in and around the accommodation, housekeeping not prioritized, and there's no corner for diabetic or anyone dieting

3.5 hours to entebbe airport, good stopover

Amazing personnel, food, parking lot, quiet, credit card with no extra charges.

Electricity cut, warm(not hot) water in the bathroom. Cold at night due to air circulation in the room.
