It's nearby and convenient since it's located at the town area n quiet neighbourhood, you have all the basic items that you can look for in a room for a short stay.

There should be a control over the noise at the property, understandably it's shared common space. There were kids screaming and adults talking and smoking freely without any control and respecting everyone space - all this at odd hours. Floor were sticky and oily and toilet floor were slippery and smelly. A lot to improve in terms of the cleanliness.

Felt like a hotel inside a home

Noisy people who drinks in the middle of the night. Should place a guard to maintain the peace and quiet.

Went to Muar due to son's interview. Had pleasant stay, its very affordable. Owner is really cooperative.

The surrounding. Very much quite. Very safe. Not busy at all. With proper access card and quite near to Muar Center. I will definitely recommend this to my family and friends. So good

Parking. Enough parking if there is some arrangement being made like how the cars should be parked. Only one card is given to a room. The tv is very bad. You barely can watch anything.. The wifi is bad too.
