The house was large and good for families that need space. The neighborhood was very nice it has a large pool, kayak ramp, crabbing dock, playground, and more. Our favorite part was the pool. We went everyday that we were there. Also, most of the neighbors were extremely friendly. Very family oriented. However, we had problems with the air quality. The family members that had asthma coughed half of the week. My father ended up buying a large air purifier for $200 that drastically helped us feel better. Also, my nephew’s room must of had a pet in it before he ended up being bit by fleas or some type bug. He was the only one. My one complaint would be the cleanliness of the house in whole.

This beautiful home had everything we needed. We loved eating together in the screened-in porch, hanging out in the family room, and also being able to have some space for quiet time.

The house is a unique combination of log cabin and beach cottage. It was updated and super clean inside. We enjoyed our stay, the space was very comfortable for our family of four.

Quiet retreat

The property was exactly as listed. Plenty of space for everyone. The house and property was clean and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. My kids had a great time crabbing off the dock and swimming in the pool. We didn’t have time to use the outdoor sitting areas and bbq/fire area. Everything you need is within a 20 min drive (beaches, restaurants, etc). Hope to return again!

We loved this peaceful large home. We came for a quiet stay during an April break and it was so wonderful. The owners were so great and showed us everything we needed. The house had plenty of space, was very clean and all the appliances were updated. Comfy beds were so nice and we were able to enjoy some sun on the outdoor patio. Would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

My family of 10 and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We needed a house that had four adult rooms for four families to come together. This house was the perfect fit for our Thanksgiving celebration. I would recommend staying here for large families - there is a lot of space to spread out and enjoy.

What a wonderful home! It was perfect for our family visit to celebrate my father-in-law's 80th birthday!!! Two families stayed there - one a family of 4 & one a family of 3. All children under the age of 3 !!! The house was PERFECT. Beautifully decorated, so updated and new, and the open feel of the upstairs was just what we needed to enjoy each other! The kitchen was perfectly stocked, sheets & towels on hand ... Not one issue arose! Valentina so responsive and helpful at every turn. We will definitely be staying again!!!

Wonderfully maintained property with bright, cheerful feel. Our family of 6 enjoyed the two sitting areas and the large open feel in the kitchen/family room. Drive to the beach and bike trails was easy and we enjoyed crabbing off the dock in the development. Communication and check in with Valentina was easy. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

This home was beautiful! Our family reunion comprised of ages from 4 to 83. We hadn't seen each other in 2 1/2 years. From watching the deer to swimming at the community pool to enjoying nearby restaurants (The Crooked Hammock!) and many different beaches plus the boardwalk, we all had an amazing time!!!

Very comfortable stay at beachy log cabin, location @ 25 minutes drive to Rehoboth boardwalk. Great for 2 families staying together given the bonus downstairs living area. Loved how quiet the neighborhood is and access to the community amenities like tennis, pool, playground etc. Hosts are very sweet and helpful. Thanks again!

The cabin is beautiful and the furnishings and decor is lovely. We loved being together as a family which we had not been able to do since the covid-19 pandemic started. The pool is great. Valentina and Mark are the best! We will go back.
