The property was easy to find, staff were extremely welcoming (and spoke many languages), rooms were spacious and incredibly clean. We will be back if ever in the area!

The location is great value for the money. The staff was extremely helpful and provided lots of useful information. The room was large and very clean. Also, the area is very quiet. It's quite close to the Cricova winery - 20 mins walk.

The guesthouse is large, clean house, and the room for 4 people is actually a separate small house with two rooms, a small living room and a bathroom. The bed arrangement was exactly as was described, a double bed and two single beds, which was what we needed. All was very clean. The staff girl who greeted us on the first day spoke good English. Coffee served with the breakfast is very good.

I think the description of this place is misrepresenting the distance to the winery. On Google maps, you can see that it's indeed around 500 metres to the place described as Cricova Winery. But THIS is in fact an industrial plant - we went there and were told to go the cellars, which are marked on Google maps as "Beciurile Cricova". This is in fact the place where you do the tours and wine tasting, and it is 2 kilometres, not 500 metres from Vila Family. It was not a problem for us to walk more, but I think the description should be honest about the distance. Also, the breakfast would have been better if some fresh vegetables were served, like tomatoes or cucumbers. The food that was served was good (omelettes, sausages, a selection of bread and jam, musli, yogurt, apples), we just missed vegetables.
