Top Unterkunft … 10 von 10 Punkten!!!

Einfach sensationell! Hier hat wirklich alles gepasst, vom einfachen einchecken über Anleitung auf whatsapp, Sauberkeit, Bequemlichkeit, absolute Ruhe, Größe der Unterkunft usw. Top Badezimmer mit großer Dusche, jede Menge Platz, Abstellmöglichkeiten usw. Platzangebot ist wirklich unschlagbar, schade dass wir nur eine Nacht hier hatten. Das nächste Mal bleiben wir sicher gleich eine Woche! Vielen Dank auch an Chiaba für die sofortigen Antworten auf whatsapp, top Kommunikation!

Parkplatzangebot ist zwar dürftig, wir standen 200 Meter entfernt, aber dafür kann der Quartiergeber ja nichts.

Pulizia impeccabile, stanze graziose!

Il check in è completamente autonomo, cosa che può agevolare, ma che richiede comunque del tempo, dispositivi ed un minimo di competenza (creazione pdf e caricamento dei files inerenti i documenti e le foto secondo procedura). La responsabile è comunque disponibile, al bisogno. Trovare parcheggio può essere più o meno agevole. La zona è comunque molto buona e ben servita. L'aspetto che più ho apprezzato è stata l'impeccabile pulizia (da 4 o 5 stelle). Le camere sono semplici ma molto graziose e accoglienti; sembra tutto nuovissimo. Altro elemento che ho notato, spesso trascurato ma che fa la differenza, è stata la presenza di un numero adeguato di appendini, armadi, mobiletti (anche in bagno). Doccia decisamente spaziosa, fantastica! Non ho avuto tempo di utilizzare e apprezzare la saletta disponibile per i pasti ed il grazioso terrazzino, ma sono davvero utili!

Avrei cambiato qualche piccola cosa per questioni di praticità (es. rubinetto o peso del piumone) e tra i sanitari c'è poco spazio, ma considerato tutto l'insieme, mi trovo decisamente soddisfatta, e così gli altri ospiti in mia compagnia.

La stanza era in perfetto ordine e pulizia, l’ambiente è accogliente e i colori sono molto caldi. Anche lontano da casa mi sono sentita davvero a casa mia

What was not to like. Central location, great communication from Chiara - right down to the check in video...so, so comfortable and spacious. Clean - everything you could need. Loved it. As a solo traveller it was great to be able prepare a simple dinner and eat in the comfort of my room for a change. Bliss!!

The room and bathroom were really spacious, the equipment new and in good condition. The self-check-in and check out we're super easy. Also the staff (communication via WhatsApp) was really helpful.

A nice accomodation for short stays in Cagliari

Good location if you need to travel by train or reach the airport fast. It is also close to the center (a chill walk). The apartment was a good size, has a balcony, tv. It is super nice and tidy. The bed was comfy, the linens were clean, and the towels were ok. Both the room and bathroom were well equipped for a short stay. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was cool too. The shared kitchen was big and pretty well equipped. The owner was nice to leave some oranges, coffee in the kitchen and water in the room. Communication with the owner was very good.

Room 1 had a bad smell coming from the bathroom (like a sewage type of smell). We recommended the owner to check this and she was very receptive and told us to take care of it. Unfortunately during our stay, we had to live with it. We stayed 3 nights and were mostly out during the day. The soundproof is not good at all and this room has walls to the shared kitchen. This could be a problem if the other guests are loud but ofc this cannot really be controlled by the owner. Balcony view is not the best, but it is good to have anyway, especially when having a table and chairs.

Great stay.

Nice place and good value for the price although we were there in off season. Would definitely go back.

Nothing really except we had to check out at 4 am in the morning due to an early flight. Not the hotels fault of course.

I would definitely recommend this location to others and would try other Spaceability locations on future trips.

very clean and nicely decorated but parking was challenging

communication for checking-in was sent to my what’s app when I had expected it to come to my email so check-in was not as smooth as expected.

This site does NOT have free parking. Being in a neighbourhood where you might be lucky enough to get a free park on the street is not the same thing as having free parking as part of the accommodation.

not aware people live in the building. neighbor woke us up 2 nights at 2:30 am yelling about the elevator. rang the phone on our floor for an hour. we didn’t know if he was a stranger. texted and called owner and got no reply until next morning

The room was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious. The common kitchen with balcony was nice and had all the dishes, refrig, micro. The location was just a short walk from the city center. It was quiet and the bed was very comfy.

This spacious, stylish apartment exceeded our expectations, we only stayed for one night in Cagliari unfortunately but the apartment made it memorable. We will be back again. Value for money the best accommodation we have stayed in to date the bed was very comfortable. Location is very good, some amazing nearby restaurants only a few minutes walk away

I’ve stayed at multiple coliving spaces for nomads before and the experience at this one was a bit underwhelming. It was not possible to use the stove so you could not cook or make coffee - you also could not use the clothes washer. For the price you pay here, I would recommend instead just booking a private apartment in Cagliari with full kitchen, washer, balcony etc. - it's the same or cheaper.
