excellent location in the town , very functional and well equipped, attentive and very thorough host, aircon worked well and easy to adjust.

Location and cleaningnes. Space is OK for a couple with small kids. The landlord has always been available for us.

The apartment was very clean & cosy. The host is very friendly and tries to meet your wishes (for us provided a free of charge late checkout, but this certainly depend on when comes next guests. The kitchen is quite comfortable for a family with children. We found a refrigerator, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine etc- all in good condition. The balcony is quite a nice place for an evening meal. The sofa seemed comfortable for our 2 kids. The guaranteed parking place in the closed inner yard is also among the cons. We enjoyed the location - not too noisy, in 5 minutes walk from the beach - most important, you walk along a shadowy lane of trees. The sandy beach itself is quite good for children.

It is common for all locations in the surrounding to meet too many people on the beach on the second part of the day on weekends. The bathroom is a tiny one, but taken the rest of cons + a good price & cleanness this is not a matter to spoil an excellent impression.

Very kind and helpful host, great location and facilities

The best accommodation and the best host! Mr. Morelli met us upon arrival, helped to park the car and showed everything around. He gave us a lot of recommendations what do in La Ciotat and even in closest cities as Cassis and in what restaurants to go. I am very happy with our stay at Mr. Morelli.

location, parking, green around the property, the host was very helpful, he was waiting for us on arrival, and came on time for departure giving us some extra time, great! thank you!

no much room on the apartment once we open the two sofa beds, in particular the access to the toilet was difficult with the bed open. Not an open balcony neither a place to hang towels etc.
