Nestled in Lubbock, this lovely house for R 3,629 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Enjoy the huge basement game room as well as the huge patio. Hard wood floors. Smart TVs everywhere! Beautiful kitchen. Plus a huge 2 car garage! This well appointed two bedroom, two bathroom home has everything you need for your visit to Lubbock. Each bedroom features a king bed, spacious closet, and bathroom. The primary bedroom also has a memory foam pull out sofa. Enjoy meals on the covered patio, cook in the spacious kitchen, or challenge your family to a game of air hockey, pop-a-shot- or foosball in the basement game room. If you are so inclined, feel free to do your laundry in the large laundry room. No matter if it is the Texas heat, a random desert rain storm, or a winter snow, your cars will be protected from the elements in the two car garage available during your stay. Check yourself in and out using our front door keypad lock. Prior to check in, please provide us with a four digit code of your choosing (make sure it is easy to remember!). On check in day, your code will be active at the front door at 4:00. You can come and go as you please. Once inside, everything is at your disposal (with the exception of several locked closets/cabinets for our cleaning team). I will not be around the listing, but will be available for any questions via messages. One of the most sought after areas of Lubbock, located near Lakeridge Country Club You can park up front and/or use the 2 car garage.

This was a very clean wonderful home. Perfect for visiting during Texas Tech graduation. The location is safe & very convenient to everything we needed. Having a huge garage and carport was very nice. Highly recommend this rental for a stay in Lubbock.

We surprised our sister who was in town visiting a childhood friend, and had a sisters reunion. This property surpassed our expectations! The minute we walked in the door and saw how spacious and clean the house was, I knew I had made the right decision to rent this house above all of the other listings in the area. The location was close enough to downtown, as well as where our sister had been staying, in a very quiet neighborhood, but close to local shopping. It has a huge master bedroom en suite, with a king bed and sleeper sofa, the 2nd bedroom also had a king bed and private door to the 2nd bathroom. We cooked a couple of meals during our stay, and the kitchen was big enough for all three of us to work in it with plenty of room, and the dishwasher made clean up easy. There is also a full size washer and dryer available onsite if needed. The house has a 2 car garage, which you access at the rear of the property by means of an alley, and a garage door opener is provided during your stay. It was nice knowing that our vehicle would be parked in a safe and secure place overnight, even though the neighborhood seemed very secure. The property also has a 2 car awning that butts up to the garage if you need more covered parking. The basement has a gameroom with air hockey and foosball tables as well as a basketball free throw arcade game, and what fun we had getting out a little competative sibling rivalry! Will definitely stay here again!

What a perfect location and house for our long weekend! We were in town for a music festival with friends.the house is immaculate, has everything you need and a great layout!! So much room! Beds were super Comfy and we had everything we needed! Thanks for the hospitality y’all! We will be back next year!

The house was evacuate. It smelled amazing, felt like walking into home when you've been gone for a trip. The game room was an amazing bonus for the kids. And the beds were actually comfortable. Not something you get all the time. Had everything we needed right down to coffee, waters and snacks. We will book again without a doubt. The hosts answered immediately any time I reached out. A+++

We spent three nights here with two teens and a toddler, the Kiyo is the nicest place we have ever rented! Air Hockey and Basketball in the basement were a blast. The king beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. The kitchen had plenty of counter space to fix meals along with a good gas range and large refrigerator. The Kiyo will be our first choice next time we visit Lubbock.

Perfect spot for the family during TTU graduation weekend. While it wasn't next to TTU, we enjoyed the area and the house was perfect for our stay. Such an easy check in/out process. Great communication with owner. The house itself was so fun with the game room. The beds were all comfortable. It was perfect for our stay.

This place is amazing! Love the game room and the master bedroom and bath is to die for! Loved everything about the property! The garage and covered parking in the back was great. The location is ideal - easy to Market Street and Wal-mart for quick shopping. I will recommend to all my friends and co-workers!

This place is amazing. We had a wonderful time in Lubbock going to a TECH football game. The house was perfect. Our kids loved playing all the games in the basement and the adults enjoyed the back patio watching football on the TV. I would love to stay here again.
