Enjoy private use of the "The Zen Pool," a heated pool and spa. Catch some sun or relax with the calming sounds of the poolside bamboo swaying in the wind. After the pandemic, we took additional measures to ensure sanitary conditions: -Between guests we allow time to ventilate and properly clean. -The cleaners sanitize all high contact surfaces including door knobs/hardware. -ALL linens, towels, and blankets washed thoroughly every time. -Air conditioning filters changed frequently. Also, the home is stocked with several cleaning products if guests would like to take additional measures.

1. Tasteful, high-quality décor & lighting, colorful tapestries, high-quality linens, dishes, appliances, movie projector, comfy furniture, BRIO water, comfortable mattresses & a helpful binder w/ useful info. All the amenities of a nice hotel, all the warmth & comfort of a home
2. Layout provided perfect balance for both privacy & communal time. Could be divided into private workspace if needed.
3. Meticulously landscaped outdoors provided a lush green healing ambience. Loved the pool, waterfall, birds, views -a private little oasis! The outdoor dining & nighttime lighting made meals magical. We intended to visit many restaurants, but mostly stayed home as it was so enjoyable
4. Perfect location near a jogging park, farmers market, thrift store, Sprouts, Pickleball, restaurants. We even had bikes we rode thru lovely neighborhood down to the beach.
5. Our host was so attentive- like having a personal butler (not overbearing & sensitive to our desire for privacy). I’m allergic to fragrances. He washed the linens washed in fragrance-free detergent & opened the windows afterwards so any remaining fragrances dissipated. Who does that! I’m also sensitive to wifi. He bought a special router to accommodate my ethernet cord so we could enjoy our technology in a way that kept me healthy AND productive. He cared for our personal needs just like a close friend would. I’m grateful for all Hatsi did to provide us with a phenomenal experience that made us feel at home & like guests.

I cannot possibly recommend the Buddha Sanctuary more to anyone considering staying there. Stop your search; you found the right place! Hatsi is an absolute joy to work with, and made everything so easy - but let me elaborate on just how easy he made it.
1. Upon arrival, we received an email (and paper copy in the place) with details on how the house, pool, and lighting work, as well as transportation and restaurant recommendations.
2. He has a set of four beach chairs that came in incredibly handy!
3. Check out requirements? None. We cleaned it up pretty good out of courtesy, but he didn’t ask for it at all.
This was the perfect house for my family of four. Our kids loved the hot tub, and at night, the whole pool is bright purple and the hot tub is pink - it was gorgeous to look at each night when we got back home!
We did have one slight issue upon arrival with the WiFi. Hatsi gave me his cell just in case and was immediately on the case - he was able to fix it from his phone and we were back on our way.
Hatsi, I cannot possibly sing your praises enough. We are so grateful that the previous VRBO canceled on us because it gave us the opportunity to stay at your place, which we should’ve chosen in the first place. We will absolutely be in touch again if we decide to come back down to Ft. Lauderdale!

We had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the property immensely. It had everything we needed. The hot tub took awhile to heat but once it got there it was hot, hot. The bikes were awesome for exploring the neighborhood. We arrived late on Christmas Eve so I had groceries delivered to the condo and Hatsi even met them and put items in the fridge. Stay here.

Nice size home for a cozy, clean and quiet stay. Nice yard with natural border fencing and patio for outdoor dining. Comfortable sleeping and there was plenty available for help in meal prep. Clean pool and spa were great to relax in.

The house was very clean and nice inside. Pool and hot tub was nice as well. Only thing i can say is out by the pool during day and night you will get eaten alive by mosquitoes so bring spray. One night we saw a raccoon and possum out in the back yard which was cool 😂 Hatsi made sure to help anyway he could. Overall experience was good, would stay here again just with more bug spray

This was a perfect spot for our getaway and we loved everything about it. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub daily and loved how quiet and secluded it was even though it's a home with neighbors on all sides. The home is cozy and inviting.
The host has provided so many amenities that we used such as the nice grill, beach towels, and umbrella. Vista Park Beach was suggested and we were not disappointed by how beautiful and quiet the beach was. Definitely worth paying the fee to park there. There are plenty of close grocery stores to shop at so you can easily cook your own meals if you wanted. Super convenient.
Overall a great place to spend your time, we will come again for sure!

Sooo relaxing, Hatsi was so helpful and helped us immediately when the hot tub heater stopped working. Fabulous giant inside TV screen, great space!! walk-in shower, two full baths, sooo comfy!!! only complaint was uncomfortable couch, but... on the whole, FIVE STARS!!

There are really not enough words that I can say to describe this place. For it to be in a neighborhood, we never heard one neighbor or anything. It felt like we were on our own private island. The plants and trees on the property are as old as dinosaurs from what I can tell, and they are kept up with perfectly. We had fresh mangos everyday that fell from the HUGE mango tree in the backyard. The inside of the property was just as perfect. There was nothing missed - from robes to shampoo to spices and beach coolers and bikes, there is nothing that was missed.
Hatsi, the owner, was out of this world! He called/text the morning of check in to make sure the place was ready when we got there and he was available if we needed anything. He came over every morning and blew the pool area off and cleaned the pool. With all the plants and trees, it can make a mess. You can tell he takes so much pride in this property, and I cannot blame him.
We definitely plan to return soon and stay again - this is really one of those special places.

We Travel quite a bit and have stayed in many rental properties over the years, but this was by far the best experience my family has ever had! The house itself is adorably comfortable and had everything that we could possibly need: cozy beds with plenty of extra linens and blankets, really clean bathrooms stocked with soaps and lots of towels, and a cute little kitchen complete with dishes, cookware, spices and essential condiments. On rainy days we enjoyed the family room area which has a huge, plush sectional couch and a giant projector screen...we brought our own Roku stick, so it was fun to be able to watch the Cleveland Cavs and Guardians on such a big screen! On sunny days we really LOVED hanging out by the pool/spa- it's tucked beneath shady palms and completely private...and after dark, all of the outdoor lighting made for a really nice vibe!
And lastly, I just have to comment on our gracious host, Hatsi. I could tell that it really mattered to him that we were well taken care of and having a good time. Whenever we had a question, no matter how minor, he responded with an answer within minutes. He even texted us ahead of arriving (while we were boarding our plane) to wish us safe travels and to check on our ETA to ensure that the house was all ready for us when we landed...and when we were bombarded with an epic storm that shut down the airport and cancelled our return flight, Hatsi was quick to offer us as much time as we needed to check out given the weather and unsafe travel conditions...he went above and beyond for us, which was unexpected and much appreciated!
We will definitely be booking a future stay here!!!

Hatsi was a very friendly and accommodating host. He went out of his way to do the little things to make our stay extra special. Back yard pool and hot tub was great! Only a 10 minute drive to lauderdale by the sea which had a wonderful beach and awesome food. Would totally come back and highly recommend staying here!

My mother and I stayed here for a vacation. Our check-in process was delayed due to the owner making a mistake with the cleaners. However, he apologized graciously and refunded us a portion that covered our dinner while we were waiting. The house had everything that we needed. It was quiet, secluded, and the amenities were great. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go as well.

Hatsi was a great host and made sure that the house was prepped for our arrival. Extremely clean, stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and soap and shampoo in the showers. Not the BEST neighborhood, but you can't beat the proximity to beaches and other things to do in the Fort Lauderdale area. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool, running in the nearby "jogging park" and spending time on the beaches. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Note: Before coming we considered just getting an Uber from the airport to the house, but ended up getting a rental car. We're VERY happy we made that choice, as we had to drive pretty much everywhere we went.

Just pack your clothes because this property has pretty much everything you need.
The kitchen is nicely furnished with pots, pans, knives, and even a huge spice rack. The bedrooms are very comfortable with a nice size closet on the primary bedroom, and plenty of storage space. It has a very quiet washer and drier with laundry soap, softener, etc. The pool area is very inviting with jacuzzi, lounge chairs, grill, and lots of pool toys. The entire property is very quiet, private, and near everything. From the very first night I felt right at home, comfortable, and cozy. Hatsi responds quickly and makes sure your experience is even better than expected.
I highly recommend this house, and will certainly consider it for future plans.

This location is perfect! close to many venues. The home is was very comfortable for a family of 4 (even 5) with the 2 bathrooms, bedrooms and washer/dryer/. I would definitely use this location. The host was great at communicating and responding to emails, but not overwhelming. Overall this was a wonderful experience.

We traveled to the area for a music festival at Hard Rock Stadium. Half of our group attended the festival and the rest of us enjoyed Ft Lauderdale and Miami along with this amazing home. Friendly neighbors, we felt very safe and the home/yard felt so secluded even though it’s surrounded by other homes. The pool and hot tub were really nice and the pool cleaners came multiple times during our stay so it was always spotless. We cooked a bit and had everything we needed. Everything was pleasant and clean and spacious. Only issue was a futon assembly mishap that occurred as soon as we arrived. One of those things where there’s not really any discernible fault but a touch of bad luck. We are still working through that issue to cover the futon damage through insurance and hopeful to receive back our full security deposit. Property owner was understanding and communicative through everything so I’m sure we will have a reasonable resolution. We’d choose this home again when visiting the area. Favorite activities were visiting Southpoint Beach, Wynwood Walls, Biscayne Bay snorkeling, and an airboat tour in the Everglades, however note these things are all a considerable commute in Miami traffic.

I have so many good things to say about this place. First of all, the communication with the owner was great. Hatsi let us check in a little early as our flight was early and we were just waiting around, which was much appreciated. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous! It was peaceful and we were blown away. Gorgeous pool, nice appliances. Everything was super cozy. Hatsi stocked the place with everything that we could possibly need. We only stayed here for 4 days because we had plans to stay at another hotel for our other half of vacation but we wished we stayed here the whole time. I HIGHLY recommend this place!
