Perfect place to stay in Portovenere!

Right by the sea, fabulous views of Portovenere. Close to all amenities, bars and restaurants. Our host, Amalia, looked after us really well, great communication. The apartment had everything we needed, including a parking spot which was really convenient. Yes, we would highly recommend for this beautiful part of Italy.

Loved it

Fantastic place, the view and location are perfect. Nice distance into the old town and to the small beach just below. Good place to visit Cinque Terre

The view is amazing and the host is excellent with the communication.

The property looks very nice at first but then it becomes clear that it needs a lot of maintenance. The sink in the kitchen leaks onto the floor and there is a strong smell of mold and the cabinets underneath are perpetually wet. The door handles are not secure and fall off regularly. The glass shower door comes off the tracks and is dangerous as it falls on you in the shower. The apartment was very humid and made the sheets feel damp (we visited in March). The front shutters over the front door are broken.

unfortunately did not enjoy as was out of season, nothing opened, contributed to a less then favourable stay.

washing machine was not useable, the button on the toilet cistern was broken and neighbours incredibly noisy.

Everything was perfect

the heater made a load noise in the morning. but they brought someone to repaid it even before we complain

Great Location - parking included.

Excellent location. Parking in front of apartment - very convenient. Easy access to Cinque a Terre. We got on and off the ferry from this port- easy walking distance from the apartment. Wonderful view from patio. Ate out so cannot comment on cooking facilities. The lady who checked us in could not speak English and we could not speak Italian, lots of hand gestures etc.

Though it states sleeps 6. Very tight accomodation. We were there for one night and had no issues. Would be comfortable for 4 adults.

A nice stay in a beautiful town. A bonus was the parking spot included.

A nice location with a beautiful balcony and view.

We couldn't quite figure out the air conditioning so it was a bit stuffy and warm. We also couldn't get the pull out sofa set up. This isn't really the fault of the host - we easily could've asked as Paulo was very responsive on WhatsApp, but it was late when we arrived and we didn't want to bother him.

Perfect Portovenere apartment.

Beautiful apartment with amazing terrace overlooking port Comfortable beds and very spacious.Well equipped kitchen. Host is very quick to respond. The walk to town is about 1.4 km which meant you felt less guilty about the food and wine!

We didn’t like that there were scent sticks and room deodorizer and scented spray. I am very sensitive to smells and get headaches so placed what we could outside and eventually scent became more faint. The apartment is spotlessly clean so doesn’t need the cover up. We would have liked a fan for sleeping as no air conditioning

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, ideal for a family of 4. The view from the terrace was great.

The terrace is nearby a road which can get quite busy at times.

Amazing appartment with an amazing view from the windows. The town itself is very cozy. We stayed only one night, but it was not a problem for the owners. Easy check in. We wish to come back and spend more time.

Ideal location with such a wonderful view Very tastefully decorated and comfortable apartment Great beds, lots of space in wardrobe and dressers All you need to cook if you wish Easy parking (private space)

Windows may need some refurbishing But otherwise we were sad we had to leave

Overall it was good

The apartment was really big and suitable for a family. The kitchen was fully equipped. The location is great and the view is lovely.

Stunning view, lovely town.

The view was stunning ! Close to the beach and a nice walk to the town center. The property was spacious and well equipped.

The master bedroom window wasn’t very well insulated and could do with changing. However the heating kept us nice and warm.

Cinqueterre holidays

It's a great apartment, a good size and comfortable, with all you need to enjoy your stay. The furnished terrace and view are amazing, perfect for relaxing after a busy day visiting the area. We didn't meet Pablo but he kept in contact, quickly answered any questions and shared some recommendations for restaurants. I highly recommend this property and its location.

Good location of flat, but cleanliness and equipment don‘t fulfill the promise.

There was a large terrace with a beautiful view to Portovenere and onto the bay of poets. The flat was only a 5 minutes walk away from the public beach and about 15 minutes from Portovenere. Comfortable beds and pleasing interior.

The flat was not very clean. We found 2 frozen bottles of water in the freezer. The freezer itself was full of ice and not defrosted. The drain of the shower was completely blocked with hair, so the shower can’t have been cleaned before. We had to shrub a lot of pots and pans before use. All this shows that the cleaning wasn‘t up to standard, although in these times with Covid the cleaning should be more thorough. There was a lot of kitchen equipment, like pots, pans and lids,but nothing fit.

Highly Rated.

Great location with parking. Easy to walk to walk every where. Very modern apartment with all the necessary amenities. Clean and comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The oven settings had all been erased lso we couldn't judge what settings we were using which was quite difficult.
