Sehr gut gelauntes Personal.
Super leckeres A-La-Carte-Restaurant - es war eines der besten Restaurants, in denen wir je gegessen haben, fast Sterneniveau! Live-Cooking am Buffet war sehr fein.
Schöne, geräumige Zimmer, Bad war individuell abtrennbar mit Schiebetüren, das war sehr praktisch.
Fürs Baby wurde super gesorgt: Baby-Badewanne, Wickeltisch, Babybett, Windelmülleimer und Flaschenwärmer wurden bereitgestellt.
Leider waren die Pools für das Baby zu kalt, da sie nicht beheizt wurden.
Am Strand waren viele Algen, diese wurden zwar alle ein bis zwei Tage weggeräumt, aber recht schnell wieder angespült, wofür das Hotel natürlich nichts kann...

The property, staff,facilities and location were excellent. The staff took extra extra care to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Reception front desk ,dining room, bar cleaning and ground staff were excellent. All were great.Some people who dealt with us were exceptional -Rajesh, Sanjeev,Emily,Hilroy,Krishna and Atish.I can comfortably give a 10 out of 10 .The weather made the beach less enjoyable but the pool and all the other facilities were grand.

Beautiful location, nice rooms, wonderful swimming pools and beach. Very kind staff.
We didn´t like the food at all - both the taste and the quality. Our whole family got a stomach ache after 3 days. There is a large selection of food, but the taste was not our cup of tee.

War für ein 4 Sterne Hotel i.O., für den 5ten Stern fehlt einfach zuviel (s.h. Was hat Ihnen nicht gefallen).
Für Schnorchler ein Reinfall, durch die Wellenbrechen ist der Hotel Strand biologisch tot. Das Hotel eher 4 als 5 Sterne, dafür lässt der Service zu sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wir wollten uns für eine Tagestour eine Lunchbox vom Hotel packen lassen, was abgelehnt wurde unter Verweis auf Hygiene Vorschriften, wir könnten uns selbst was am Frühstücksbuffet machen. Am Strand gab es keinen Service (obwohl es genug Personal und nicht viele Gäste gab). Und auch Kleinigkeiten die den 5ten Stern ausmachen wurden ausgelassen (z.B. vor dem Zimmer ein Wassergefäß um die Füße vom Sand zu befreien und nicht alles ins Zimmer zu schleppen). Alles in allem 5.000 € für 10 Tag ok, aber keine 5 Sterne. Ach ja, und das Hotel hat keinen Helipad (ok, Luxus Problem)

The hotel facilities were great. The service provided by the staff was excellent. Our room was spacious and comfortable with properly functioning AC and plenty of hanging space for our clothes. The private beach was pristine and the inclusive paddle boarding, kayaking etc were great. The food provided in the main and beach restaurants was very good..
Dj music in the bar got too load on occasion.

Nous avons séjourné du 11 au 19 janvier. Hôtel vraiment magnifique, bien situé. Le personnel est d’une grande bienveillance et d’une gentillesse incroyable ce que nous avons rarement connu lors de nos précédents voyages. Nous y étions lors du cyclone et l’hôtel était extrêmement bien préparé. Un merci particulier à Phébus de l’accueil, Marie du service qualité mais également à tous ceux que nous avons croisé. Merci pour toutes les attentions à notre égard. Merci Dany pour la journée en bateau. Nous reviendrons certainement. Laurence et Yannick KRATZER

Tutto lo staff sempre cortese, sorridente, disponibile e molto attento alle singole esigenze, cibo davvero ottimo e variato, spiaggia ben attrezzata e trovi sempre lettini liberi e a disposizione. Grazie al sommelier Wadie sempre felice di far assaggiare vini e ai ragazzi della spiaggia per la disponibilità nel proporre attività sull’acqua! Le camere Prestige un po’ più datate ma ancora dignitose e spaziose, le Deluxe nuove e arredate con gusto.

Мы тут второй раз. Были летом в июне - не сезон, народу меньше, в 2 раза дешевле. Сейчас приехали в сезон - зимой, в Новый год.
Понравилось абсолютно всё! Вот нет даже малейших вопросов по качеству услуг. Питания - вообще отвал башки! Еды много, разнообразная, каждый день ходишь и думаешь - что сегодня будет на обед-ужин? Качество продуктов - выше всяких похвал: рыба, мясо, овощи.
Персонал супер услужливый и приветливый. Неограниченный алкоголь любого вида - французское шампанское, котктейли любые из известных.
Хороший чистый пляж. Три бассейна у которых мало народа.
Вообще отель маленький и в этом его большой плюс,
Ценник довольно высокий, но с другой стороны из всех отелей подобного уровня, этот - самый доступный. И качество всех услуг - прямо на высоте. Так что в итоге не единой копейки не жалко!
Некоторое неудобство, что отель довольно далеко от аэропорта и от достопримечательностей (семицветные пески, сафари-парк, водопады). Но на Маврии, как мы уже заметили до всего "ехать час". Так что мы арендовали машину и нам было проще - куда надо в любой момент сами ездили.

Einfach alles! Das Essen war sehr lecker, das Personal super freundlich, das Zimmer Mega schön und neue, alle Pools, der Strand ebenfalls sehr schön, das Internet geht sehr gut.
Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln ausser das es auf dem TV kein Netflix gibt. Und keine deutsche Sender 😂

- l'emplacement, les piscines, les couleurs, bref le spot en général qui reste formidable
- le personnel aimable et attentionné (mais... voir les points négatifs ci-dessous)
- la nourriture qui est peu variée, fade et finalement pas tellement en quantité non plus, décevant pour un 5 étoiles...
- l hôtel se meurt petit à petit, il évolue dans son jus, par manque de nouveautés, de mise en valeur de ses équipements, bref de renouvellement et d adaptation au marché : nous pouvons d autant mieux en parler que nous avions déjà séjourné dans cet établissement il y a 2 ans et que nous avions été plutôt satisfaits, tout en faisant quelques remarques constructives à la direction de l époque... c est dommage, l esprit boutique hotel n y est plus. On se sent presque + dans un hôtel club que dans un hôtel de luxe
- l hôtel mériterait qu un espace soit dédié au calme, en adult only : il y a de la place pour ça, reste juste à réfléchir au concept 5 min ; tout le monde y gagnerait, les familles, les couples et le standing de l hôtel.
- le personnel fait globalement mine de s inquiéter de vous mais ce doit être uniquement sur consignes de la direction : leur nonchalance et le peu de réaction à vos remarques prouvent souvent que le fond n y est pas.
- beaucoup de personnel mais peu sont efficaces : manque indéniablement d un management ferme qui boosterait tout ce petit monde : au final, c est le client qui en pâti (tables non redressées, hôtel moyennement propre dans les parties communes etc, etc)

Vi hade en underbar vistelse! Omgivningarna var perfekta med havet o de vackra poolerna. Mat och dryck var av hög klass och personalen var mycket vänlig!
Fler annonserade aktiviteter blev inte av - tex yogan, trekkingen, ett par snorkelturer och barnaktiviteter. Vädret kan givetvis påverka, men det är bättre att skjuta fram än att ställa in.

Absolutely everything in this resort was amazing. I don’t have any single bad thing to say! The staff was so friendly, everyone was super helpful. I got engaged here and I have to say we couldn’t have picked better resort for this. So many amazing, friendly staff members went to congratulate us and treat us with special drinks! Also thanks to the amazing cleaning ladies, they did such outstanding job every day! Keep up the good work.
Perhaps one thing, as gluten free person I would appreciate if gluten free options were already part of buffet and I didn’t have to ask for them every time.

Very friendly staff, nice pools, bars, restaurant and food were great. Canoes and other watersport stuff was available for free, which was nice. No signs of bedbugs. Overall this was a very good stay, would recommend.
Sound insulation in room could be better: A baby crying in next room could be heard quite easily.
Odd bathroom where it is only isolated by curtain.
Lots of sea vegetation was washed ashore, altough staff attempted to remove it occasionally.

I’ll be dreaming about this trip for years to come. I was unsure if the quality would be good because it was all-inclusive, but it far exceeded our expectations. Every meal was amazing and a huge variety of foods. The wine was incredible. Beautiful views, clean pools, friendly staff and incredible beaches. We had the best trip ever.
There’s nothing negative to note.

Excellent rooms (very spacious) and pools (there are 3 of them!), many places to stay and relax, very quiet and private, we never had any troubles in finding sun loungers (there are many of them, along the pool areas and at the beach. The beach was FANTASTIC! Beautiful sea water, and included water sports were a plus! Food was quite good too! Lots of drinking options (beers, wines and drinks). Also, cakes and deserts were awesome!
Bathroom could have a bathtub! Food was good, but we expected a little bit more (perhaps more varied between days). Apart from that, everything was great! No major problems. Staff was very good too, in dealing with our small requests! Met our expectations.

The beach area was nice however it wasn't the biggest, the resort is on the wrong side of the island to experience sunrise or sunset. The spa area was very nice, with sauna and steam room with outdoor jacuzzi. In general the staff were pleasant and helpful.
Standard of food was not great, bar drinks was all local/cheap brands and cocktails are very strong, bad alcohol taste. Hotel is very outdated and needs to be renovated. There wasn't many in-house activities going on. Everything was chargeable and offsite experiences. The onsite entrainment, wasn't great.

Absolute amazing kind staff, great food, included activities such as windsurfing, paddle, kayak and a few "play areas" like pool, table tennis, beach volley ball. The included wine you can choose from is really good (we took a look around the wine cellar with the head sommelier and where rather impressed if you consider its an All-inclusive-deal. The cocktails were good too and I wondered why people in the past complained about it. Maybe they stepped up their game :-) We lacked nothing regarding comfort, food and drinks, activities and relax time. Will definitely be back.
The only things we didn't love was that the bars as well as entertainment shut at midnight and that felt a bit boring for us as young-ish people. We also expected to see a bit more fish and seafood.
