Location and how quiet it was.
Shower rose in both bathroom did not meet expectations.

The location was great - on the water looking across the bay at some of the houses of Port Arthur Historic SIte.
The 2nd bathroom (downstairs) was tiny - not big enough for 2 people. The main bedroom upstairs was in the loft area instead of the bedroom so not as private.

Location, situation, style, facilities and size.
I think towels were not washed properly, did not smell all that good and clumps of hair, stray hairs coming off towels as we dried.

The property was in an absolutely gorgeous location, right on the water with a view of the Port Arthur Historic Site. The property was really comfortable.
There are a large number of labels explaining really obvious things, for example "clean dishes with detergent and hot water"....which make for a bit of a weird vibe.

Beautiful surrounds. Great place to stay!

Location was perfect for our trip on the Pennicott Tour and some sight seeing. The grounds were lovely and private with beautiful views. The house was clean with cooking and cleaning facilities.
Not enough pillows. Very flat pillows. The house was a bit dark due to the inside brickwork and floor tilling.

Comfortable beach house in a private location with ocean views. We enjoyed our second stay just as much as our first!
