The location was amazing!

We stayed at loft "de Slufter". It is part of a horse riding complex in a lovely setting. It has 2 large room (one with a bath tub in it) with double beds and 1 smaller room with a double bed. there are 2 extra beds in the storage with can be used to fit a total of 8 people. It has 1 bathroom with 2 showers with doors and also 2 separate toilets. the kitchen is very well equipped with Miele oven, stove, diswasher and everything you need to cook and have dinner for a group of 8. Very nicely furnished and with a balcony and a roof top where you can sit that also includes a bbq. We rented bikes and they were delivered at the reception. The location allows you to cycle to the beach and towns. A fantastic place to stay!

I missed the fact that you have to pay extra for a linnen package (bedlinnen, towel, tea towel, kitchen cloths etc) and would have preferred the beds to be made. However it could reduce cost for a larger group, so pros and cons

The pictures and the description on booking.com didn’t quite convey that it was a horse farm. It was not clear that there was going to be a kids horse camp, which we didn’t mind since we were gone all day. I just think it should be shown more clearly that there it is all about the horses and not just a quiet apartment. It was still lovely and as mentioned before, we didn’t mind the horses. We were just the only people not riding/ not into horses.

Ideal for anyone who loves horses. The stable yard is beautiful, and everyone is very friendly. (Check with the menage in advance if you'd like to plan a ride as it gets busy at weekends of course). Our two year old love being led around the yard around on Avira, their tiny pony. It was lovely.

Great surrounding area for walking, biking, close to the beach. Loved the dunes. The staff were friendly, was nice to be on a menage, and to hear and see the horses.

The appartment is much smaller than in the photos. There are too many photos on the booking.com website of when the appartment was new, it no longer looks like in the photos. It was not very clean either. Outdoor sounds from the youngsters at camp kept us up after 11pm.

The beds were very soft. Me and my husband woke up with back pain. While we were there the toilet was overflowing as to heavy rainfall. We could not use the toilet for 3 hours told our host.This is ofcorse not the accommodation fault but It could of been nice to get a cleaning service or an alternative place to go to the toilet.

It is in the horse training school. You can hear the horses while in the room, but was not too loud. We still had a good sleep and it was fun to watch horses walking around while we were having breakfast.

Location is perfect near the dunes and appartement was very clean upon arrival.

The mattress is quite soft, there are little possibilities to open windows and have some fresh air enter and it is a bit noisy in the morning because the canteen is above the appartement.
