Fantastic Accommodation Location just a 3minute walk away from the centre of Elounda Town/Harbour

Location is perfect just 3 minutes from the centre....steps away.. I am what you may call "A RETURNER" to ELOUNDA.....and CASA ELIA..... It's what a now "call" My Happy Place".. The Apartment "ticks all of the boxes" for me....The Host Alex is always welcoming....ensuring the accommodation is fresh/clean and the facilities are all in good working order. Always "there" for us should we need any advice/questions regarding anything to do with the apartment ensuring our wellbeing and that we have a great stay. We really appreciated the AirCon throughout the apartment during this stay as the temperatures outside reached 35degrees (which was a little overbearing for us Brits this time). We will definitely be back again.....soon...If and when able/hopefully there will be availability. i WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT....I FEEL SURE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. It's a 10 OUT OF 10 FROM ME AND MY SON.

IT'S A 10 out of 10 from me and my son..... Excellent Accommodation with A Very Welcoming Host (Nothing Too Much Trouble).. NOTHING AT ALL TO DISLIKE.....IT'S A PERFECT STAY FOR ME AND MY SON.

The owner was so helpful. He booked us restaurants and gave advice on the best places to eat and the best beaches nearby

A lovely stay at Casa Elia and would definitely stay again!

The property was modern, clean and really close proximity to Elounda town. It had everything we needed - very comfortable beds, large fridge and freezer, air con, WiFi, lovely balcony to name a few! It is situated up a slightly steep hill but it only takes a couple of minutes to walk up so it didn’t bother us! Alex was a super, helpful host throughout our stay and gave us recommendations on where to eat. We would definitely stay again and recommend Casa Elia to anyone visiting Elounda.

Very good

The apartment was very nice and had most everything you need, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. It is situated just a few minutes walk to the sea front and beach with plenty of bars and restaurants yet it is very quite in the apartment in the evening which is good. We were greeted by mum of Alex who gave us the key and also left some fresh vegetables and eggs for us which was very kind.

It would be an idyllic location but for us, unfortunately, there was a building project taking place just outside. I appreciate that the host has no control whatsoever over this but it was hard to ignore. Hopefully it will be finished soon

Superb

Nice location, very helpful owner, one of the morning we were surprised by very tasty dish prepared by the mother of Alex.

Narrow street uphill to the apartment. Navigation suggest to take parallel street first, don't do that.

We would definitely recommend Elounda Casa Elia

Alex was an excellent host and his mother gave us some tasty treats too. The apartment was perfect and very comfortable. The position was convenient with a short walk to the main square but with peace and quiet too. We enjoyed the outside space.

We had a wonderful stay! Great location and a very nice and comfortable studio! Very clean and modern. The host, Alexis, was very kind and helpful. Next time we come to Elounda we will stay at Casa Elia!

Excellent stay

Excellent stay! Hosts were very friendly and the apartment was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was great as well, very quiet neighbourhood and also walking distance to all the great restaurants, tavernas and bars of the area as well as the local beach. Would definitely like to stay there again, if we visit Elounda in the future. Highly recommended!

Only thing we could maybe criticise (although slightly) is the bed's mattress. It was an OK mattress overall and I personally slept fine, but my partner who has suffered some serious injuries in the past would have appreciated a higher quality mattress. It still didn't really affect our stay negatively, but if we were to pass some constructive feedback would be to maybe replace the mattress to a memory foam one in the future, to make the stay at this apartment really exceptional.

Lovely.

Casa Elia....Home from Home - Great Holiday Apartment

We Enjoyed every minute of our stay in Elounda. The "Icing on the Cake"....was our wonderful accommodation. I am so happy that l booked Casa Elia. Everything was all as shown in photos , the write up, description of the property itself .fantastic... and its location is...just a 5minute stroll down to the main square , harbour and the town, what more do we need. I have to say, what a lovely guy Alex the host is. He made sure that everything in the apartment was working fine...and told us to contact him should we need his advice/help. Very trustworthy , genuine, and honest man . I highly recommend this apartment, l feel sure you too will be very satisfied and happy with your choice as we were. Very "easy holiday living"...great kitchen/area/lots of kitchen aids...Toaster/Coffee Maker and all the usual kitchen items you may have in your own home.....lounge area with comfy sofa...tv and coffee table. Huge comfortable Beds with wonderful crisp "white cotton" sheets and pillow slips...ensuring .you will sleep so well (as we did). The wrap around balcony leading from both bedrooms is a lovely spot to take your morning coffee/or breakfast looking out towards " the village homes rising up towards the mountains"....Mountain View. Sitting out on this balcony became a very early morning ritual for me....so peaceful....and relaxing... obviously as the time went on there was the "normal sounds" of life coming from the surrounding houses...sometimes the occasional dog having a little bark .....(very normal life noises). The waking of the village. I personally loved it. Hope my review has been helpful . l know for sure l will be "a returnee" as l am already planning for my next visit. Denise

Would definitely return!

Alexios was super helpful, really friendly and very easy to contact as well as quick to respond. Very well equipped apartment with extremely comfy beds and beyond expectation outdoor dining facilities.

Very little negatives to add here as the rental was amazing, maybe a lamp in the living room for evening lighting and a couple of usb outlets to charge devices if coming from overseas.

Lovely

It was lovely inside - super clean, space, kitchen, living room, Netflix, lovely bathroom with big hot shower. Alex the host was lovely, gave excellent recommendations and was very responsive to the few questions we asked. It was also very quiet, which we loved. Parking directly outside, and a 1 min walk to the centre of elounda. We would come here again for sure.

Great and affordable place in Elouda

The property was very modern and well designed. Each apartment has its own outdoor area and the host gave us a list of things to do in the area.

I thought that the BBQ and Pizza Oven was for common use but it is just for the deluxe apartment so just remember that. Apart from that was everything great.

Perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, accommodation was perfect and representative of photos.

Alex the host was perfect - easy to communicate with, anticipated suggestions for best places to eat and visit, responded within minutes to any communication. HIs mother was an added bonus - just full of goodness and joy and desire to welcome us. The accommodation was brand new, clean and spacious for our needs, and brilliantly located to either walk down to the harbour or take our car. We had a wonderful stay and will be back!

We couldn't be happier!!

The apartment was everything we could ask for. Its modern, clean, spacious and in the perfect location. Alex met us with a warm welcome and was very helpful throughout. Elounda is absolutely stunning and we will definitely be returning.

An exceptional apartment

We had a very enjoyable stay in the ground floor De Luxe apartment, situated at the rear of the building with a big terrace and seating area complete with bbq, and views over the garden to the hills beyond. The apartment was furnished in modern style, exceptionally equipped. We found the bed very comfortable, and appreciated the fact that the built-in fridge was so quiet as to not be heard at night. Our host, Alex, was very pleasant and helpful, with suggestions for eating out and routes to various places, and was always available if we needed anything.
