Stunning

This property is amazing! Kay’s Bircher Muesli was a highlight! Both John and Kay are gorgeous hosts and nothing is too much trouble.

My Partner and I found the bed too hard, but I’m aware that’s a personal preference.

Always a pleasure to come back. John and Kay are wonderful hosts and will always make any one feel welcome. Breakfast service was amazing as usual. Having the fireplace ready every time we came back was very thoughtful and appreciated for the rainy weekend.

The secret garden

The location had one of the most picturesque gardens I have seen. It's like steeping away from reality and into a secret garden. A perfect place to escape from the constant noise and rush of the city. Breakfast was amazing and our hosts took care of us really well. It was like visiting your grandparents for a short getaway.

Clifton Gardens is an extremely well run Bed and Breakfast. John and Kay are excellent hosts and their property is 20/10 !! Any questions were answered with knowledge, and Kay and John were always willing to help with anything one may need Clifton Gardens is on five acres of curated garden that is just so peacful and beautiful . It is about 5-10 minutes out from Orange CBD in a truly lovely, quite setting . Breakfast was 10/10 plus . there is nothing I can fault about my stay with these lovely hosts and their beautiful home.

For me there was not one thing that I could fault :)

This place is a must visit wonderful hospitality, very generous and real country style.

One of the absolute best places I’ve stayed at. Just outside of Orange very peaceful and quiet. The owners are very welcoming. The place is clean and so much space you’re virtually in your own home. Upon arrival you get fruit, biscuits, chocolate, wine, beer & a range of teas. The breakfast is amazing with cooked meal plus cereal, fruit, juice and oats. I can’t speak highly enough of the place. It’s amazing. John and Kay are such wonderful people. They helped me plan my trip, gave me places to visit and and when I brought home dinner on the second night they heated it up for me. Very kind hearted. If you ever travel to Orange or Gough past Orange this place is a must stay.

Beautiful, well love Bed and breakfast on a 4.5 acres with hundred of trees protecting the house. The owners are professional and very charming. There’s a great breakfast, a comfortable bed, nice wine, beer and muscat. What’s not to love? It’s about 10 minutes from Orange and dead quiet at night. I highly recommend it.

Perfect short getaway,will definitely come back.

Breakfast was excellent,especially Bircher Muesli & array of fruits.Perfect serene location with a country feel just 10 mins out of town.The hosts Kay & John were so welcoming & helpful,even giving us a lift into town for dinner.

Set in beautiful well maintained gardens. Kay and John went out of their way to be very helpful . They gave us maps and suggestions for tours of the region and made beautiful meals for us. They made us feel very welcome

Something Special

John and Kay are wonderful hosts that provide a cosy, very clean space for a weekend away. The fireplace was already lit when we arrived and shown to our room. Complimentary Muscat and chocolates were nice touches. The breakfast each day was slightly different, very home made and absolutely delicious. We wanted to stay longer!
