Would come back again

Friendly staff, close proximity to the airport, spacy rooms, comfortable bed. In general, I would recommend and I will come again for sure

A bit noisy from an outside event, but not related to the hotel itself.

Nabijheid van het vliegveld.

Beetje geluidsoverlast bij vertrekkende vliegtuigen. Eenmaal in slaap merk jer er niets van.

We just passsing through Belgrad to another destination, it was perfect for acces to highway.

Spacious room and bathroom, good breakfast, a lot of large pools and nice jacuzzi!

Stairs to the pool must have a bar, not towels and advertisements!

it was unfortunate that hotel doesn’t offer the transfer from the airport, as taxi costs 20-30 Euro even though it’s only 8 minutes ride

Superb

Great hotel which is close to the airport with aquapark which is free for all guests. What was a suprise that aquapark works until 3am which is quite convenient for late arrival as ours.

No kettle in the rooms but it looks like a standard in Serbia

Super Location near to the motorway. There´s a great restaurant just around the corner. The rooms are large and tastefully decorated. Coffee at breakfast tasted good. We complained about the cleanliness of one of our rooms, the lady on the reception was very professional and gave us a new room straight away, unfortunately it wasnt much cleaner but she did her job as best as she could - many thanks,

The breakfast looked cheap and unfresh, It all looked so unappetising, fortunately I was able to drink the coffee from my own cup which I had with me and the coffee tasted good. The room and bedroom were not clean.

The size of the room.

the bathroom was not clean, mold was on the wall of the tiles. AC was not cooling enough, it was hot very difficult to sleep.

Hotel could be good opportunity for families with kids due to swimming pools available

Quite limited offer for breakfast. There is everyday four meal combinations offered.

Hotel is positioned at the end of departure/arrival airport road and you have feeling that every airplane is flying threw your room.

Disappointing

Our apartment was big and spacious. The staff, especially the reception girl and boy were very polite and friendly. The taxi from the hotel to the Old town of Belgrade was costing 10-12 euro.

We were picking up that hotel, because of the Aqua park and we wanted the kids to have fun there. Unfortunately the hotel has very good facilities, but they don't clean up well enough! The pool was dirty, there were floating some chewing gum and an empty beer can. The water in the outdoor pool of the hotel was really dirty! Also it's a very interesting idea to have a restaurant inside in the pool area, on the second level of the pool, where the hygiene was bad and the humidity and warmness was really high. We got a nice big room, but the toilet was dirty! Then the girl from the reception, which was really nice was taking care of that. The housekeepers were coming and clean up. Also the room was smelling cigarettes. There was a big sign that smoking is forbidden, I didn't get it how the room can smell like that..... The breakfast was so-so. The hotel is overrated! I wil never return. It was quite disappointing experience!
