The location was great.easy walk to either the beach or the centro storico.

Thank goodness it wasn’t crowded when we arrived, otherwise parking might have been a nuisance.

The location was great. Beach access was across the street and it was a 10 minute walk to the historic city center. The hosts were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast that was provided was very generous with cappuccinos and fresh squeezed juice and served on our balcony. The other guests we met were very nice and courteous. Street parking was very easy to find at no charge.

The balcony is on a busy street, so there is some noise, but that didn't bother us or impact our sleep.

Impeccably clean and very well appointed. Flora and Franco were wonderful. Hint: Do not miss the breakfasts: fresh squeezed juices, homemade cakes and croissants etc. etc. We loved it!

A couple of minutes walk to the long, sandy beach and about eight minutes up to the old town, this a very convenient location. The bedrooms (and bathrooms) are extremely comfortable and well equipped and our balconies had sea views (not direct but still very nice). Flora was fabulous, couldn't be more helpful and cooked the most delicious things for breakfast in addition to providing fruit, yoghurt, etc. Don't be put off by the building having a lack of kerb appeal, the accommodation is great. Although situated on the main road into the town, good double-glazing and air con deal with this if you're a light sleeper.

Very clean and well organised. Flora and her husband Franco who run the place were absolutely delightful and made us feel really welcome…. The friendliest hosts I have found in Italy so far. They do not live at the bed and breakfast but come to serve breakfast and are at the end of the phone if you need anything. The accommodation is on the first floor of an apartment block on the main road as you drive towards Vieste. Parking is great, reserved slots at the petrol station close to the property. The breakfast was amazing.

The property was incredibly clean, well located, and the breakfast was amazing! The bedroom was pitch black when the blinds were closed which is great for light sleepers.

As all the rooms adjoin the breakfast room, it is noisy from about 7:30am when they start preparing everything. The host (while very lovely) does not speak much English - we had to use Google translate a lot.

We really enjoyed the included breakfast and found the staff very helpful and friendly.

Could have more privacy, as the rooms all connect to a shared space (hostel vibes). The check in process could have been smoother, as you have to call the manager to provide keys and we did not have access to cellular. Also, the bed was not very comfortable.

Firstly, the hosts were simply amazing. The room was impeccable and modern, the breakfast was a huge fresh spread even though there was just 2 of us booked in. The bed was also super comfortable and the room had a lovely balcony which overlooked the road. The location was great and a very close distance to the beach and the old town. A really lovely stay in a lovely B&B! Would definitely recommend!

The signage for the B&B could be a bit bigger as you need to look out very closely for this. But once you find it, it's easy to identify!

We could not find it as it was dark. The entrance is shabby. No sound isolation so you can hear every sound from neighbouring rooms and outside.

Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of fresh fruits, charcuterie, homemade cake, fresh squeezed orange juice, and delicious coffee. The owners did their best to provide a pleasant stay providing a good breakfast, clean room, and information about the city and city events. One of the famous beaches from Vieste is a cross the street and the historic center is just a couple of hundred meters. Location is really fantastic

Though it is rated as a B&B, in fact it is a 4 rooms apartment in a big building converted into a B&B. For me it was a big surprise. The owners go in the morning to serve breakfast and clean the rooms but they leave after lunch until next day. It was odd for me as I expected a B&B and not an apartment.

Very nice room with balcony where you can see the sea. Very good breakfast from kind host. Only 3min by foot into the historic city Center. Parking lots are included some meter from the Appartement.

Very easy check-in & check out. The hosts were kind & gracious! The breakfast buffet was the most delicious I’ve ever had. We slept comfortably. The location is great because it’s across the street from the beach and the whole city is walkable. We brought our car & the street parking was free, we decided to park in one of the side streets and not on the main road.

The hot water in the shower doesn’t last too long.

Absolutely loved it. Located perfectly, midway between the old town and the beach. Smart, contemporary, clean, lovely small balcony for breakfast. The owners so welcoming, kind yet unobtrusive. And offered homemade cake for breakfast each morning

There was some road noise (property is on the one road into Vieste from the south) and could be an issue in high summer. Not for us though, really nice watching the world go by from the balcony.
