Great place to stay, location was amazing, host was very kind.

The property was very great. The pool area/courtyard was amazing. The host was excellent. Very quick to help out when needed. Also left us with water, snacks & a bottle of wine.

The aircon in the outside bedroom wasn’t amazing and every time we turned up the fan it was very, very noisy. Also in the main house, every time you opened a window or the front/back doors, the aircon would turn off in every room. This was annoying when the baby was sleeping in her room. We would have to quietly open her door & turn it back on. And she’s a very light sleeper so she would wake up ☹️ Apart from this it was an amazing place to stay.

Good central location, nice private pool and garden area. Caring and communicative host.

The location is walking distance from the bus station in Fira. It is in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. Has an exceptionally large bathroom. All the appointments in the rooms and the decor are in excellent taste. There is a garden area and a pool area which makes this property exceptional. The host is very caring and responsive to any communication.

A lockbox type of arrangement for exchanging keys would be very convenient instead of waiting for a person to meet you.

Great location in Fira, helpful host and stylish apartment

Our host was very helpful leaving water and a few basics in the property. The apartment was very clean and modern and really quite stylish. It was really close to the centre of Fira so extremely easy to get into the main centre and close to the bus station, shops and restaurants.

There were no comfy seats, just hard benches and the sun loungers hadn't been put out yet despite asking the owner to do so. The internet was not working all week despite trying numerous times to pull the lead out as instructed by the owner and switch it on and off again. The property was quite noisy at night time as fairly close to a nightclub somewhere so a distant beat could be heard as well as church bells and banging from adjoining properties.

the property was beautiful! just like the pictures and great location!

there was an issue with the heat at first, but Nikolas was very helpful and fixed it quickly. you can’t leave the heat or air on unless your in the villa.

We loved our stay here. It’s private and spacious while also being centrally located.

The villa is well located, private, and well maintained. We loved that there are two separate private outdoor spaces and lots of room for the family to spread out. The host was very helpful and went out of his way to help us and make our stay comfortable. We loved our stay here and would recommend it to others.

we enjoyed the villa and our host is superb

The villa is very nicely decorated, comfortable, location is great and we have a super host. we had breakfast at the outdoor garden. Nikolaos provided us with welcome wine, food, juice and snacks. He shared with us good information where to explore, where is good for food, helped us to get a rented car, transfers etc. we had a great stay and trip In Santorini

Overall, amazing stay! Would love to come back again if the host allows us! :-)

Great location and in walking distance to Fira Square, the caldera cliffs, and other attractions and amenities. The host was very communicative and generous. He even left us with wine, fruits, yogurt, and plenty of toiletries. Cleaning service was also excellent.

Not enough keys for large groups to come in and out of the house at different times. Therefore, main doors were left unlocked, or a group member had to run back/forth to drop off/pick up keys. Perhaps consider making copies of keys, or using a lock box or key pad.

Highly recommend this central Fira villa with great outdoor spaces and excellent host!

The host Nikolaos went the extra mile to make recommendations for dinner, organise taxi’s and other things that really helped with our short stay. only wish we could have stayed longer. the outside spaces are great and a super central villa with three bedrooms! Great value and care!

Such a lucky lucky find, the property is so central while having character and a brilliant host

Excellent location in the heart of Fira, the accommodation is beautifully designed and extra spacious with the advantage of the pool. Nikolaus met us on arrival and was happy to give advice on local restaurants, trips,taxis, etc. and was contactable thoughout our stay if we had any questions. Would definetely recommend staying here to friends and family

Not a criticism of the property but be aware if you want to stay so central then there will be some night time noise from the local bars. We didnt find it intrusive but if you are looking for dead silence at night then you will need to forsake the central location

Nice villa

The villa was beautiful and well located. Nikolaos was very responsive and helpful in booking transfers, making restaurants reservations. We did not get to use the pool as the weather was still chilly but it was a nice touch, would have been great heated.

We were a group of 6 women on a birthday trip for 3 nights. We were told upon arrival that there is strict silence observed between 2-5pm and after 9pm. Hopefully we were out and about most of the day but I wished we had known in advance.

Very nice yard with a pool and sofa, huge bathroom, comfortable beds and tidy & clean rooms, convenient location which is easy to reach anywhere

There is construction work nearby(during my stay), I have no problem with that but if you are very sensitive about sound then pls carry a pair of earplugs.

Well appointed, in a fabulous location with a wonderful host.

The location was fantastic. There was more than enough room for everyone. Nikos is an excellent host and got the property ready for us at very short notice as we made a last minute booking. He had supplies for us as well as a complimentary bottle of wine.

There was a bit of noise in the neighbourhood late in the evening but could only be heard from the outer most room.

An 11 out of 10 experience!

What a fabulous place, full of character, close to all amenities yet quiet and spacious. A little haven in the bustle of Fira. Nikolaos was an outstanding host who looked after us beautifully and gave us lots of advice and tips. We would recommend this villa to everyone!

Kitchen space is a little tight but that's a very tiny niggle as we didn't need it much. No more negativity from us!

The host was helpful enough to arrange transport for us from the airport, and to help us rent a car during our stay. The location was excellent.

We were a little uncomfortable that the owner entered our rooms without telling us beforehand. Also the bedsheets were slightly dirty.
