W restauracji przy stolikach 6-cio osobowych siedziały 2 osoby a rodzina 5-6 osób nie miała miejsca (3-4 osobowe stoliki były wolne).

Brokastis ļoti labas,ērta atrašanās vieta,tuvu centrs,atsaucīgs personāls.Labs restorāns par pieņemamām cenām.

Nepatīk,ka pasūtītais numurs neatbilst manai izvēlei,ko esmu pasūtījis un apmaksājis.Ja pasūtīts numurs ar balkonu vai terasi,bet tiek iedots numurs,kur pat logu nevar atvērt,tad brīvdienas ir pabojātas.Un tas pēdējā laika ir ne tikai šajā hotelī.Katrs izdara izvēli un ir pārliecināts,ka piedāvājums tam atbildīs.Sajā hotelī ir maz iespēju bērnu nodarbināšanai.Ne jau visu dienu mirksi ūdenī.Neliela bērnu rotaļu istaba ir tikai 6.stāvā un arī tā ir ne visiem vecumiem.Hotelis liels,vajag vairāk aktivitāšu iespēju arī pieaugušajiem.

L’habitació era molt confortable, les instal·lacions espectaculars amb moltes coses pels nens com una habitació de jocs, i espectacular les piscines amb el parc aquàtic

Hotel was super clean, quiet, cozy and abit fancy. Restaurant ala carte meniu was very nice, with polish traditional dishes and usual choices. Beef tartare is amazing. Hotel has included saunas so its nice addition. Breakfast was amazing too with wide variety of dishes. Also very nice addition if the weather is bad - swimming pool with jacuzzi, kids zone, slides and thermal pool outside.

Relatívne blízko centra, čistý a moderný hotel s priateľským personálom. Veľmi seriózne raňajky s veľkým výberom.

Veľmi malá izba, nefungoval telefón a nedalo sa teda nič riešiť s recepciou, ani objednať si večeru na izbu. Trezor nefungoval. Ale čo je asi najpodstatnejšie, že pre hotel takej kategórie by malo byť parkovanie v cene ako samozrejmosť a nie to ešte pýtať 18euro za deň!!!

Z hotelu można przejść korytarzem bezpośrednio na termy. Świetny baseny termalny z widokiem na Tatry.

Wysokie ceny parkingu niewliczone w koszt pobytu- parkowaliśmy więc w weekend bezpłatnie na ulicy. Wysokie ceny śniadań w obiekcie.

Pokój był bardzo komfortowy. Duży ładny z wieloma udogodnieniami.

W cenie pokoju nie było śniadania, a cena nie była mała.

- Beautiful views over the mountains no matter the weather - Close to the center (walking distance), Biedronka accross the road - You can get access to Termy via the passageway for guests, so you can go in a bathrobe all ready to have some fun (I informed the receptionist about my multisport card to get the access), bathrobe and towel for Termy is prepared in the room for you - I liked the design of the room with the usage of natural wood, comfy and soft towels, sheets, pillows.

- In general the mattresses were comfy, but we got two separate mattresses on double bed, which is never good for a couple - I found a couple of blood stains on the floor and on the curtain. On the floor it was almost cleaned out and most of people might not even notice it. But on the curtain it was clearly a bloodstain that was never cleaned. Apart from that thee room was perfectly clean.

We loved staying at Aquarion Hotel in Zakopane. The location was very convenient to Krupowki, bus and next door water park! Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We usually don’t visit the same places but will return to Aquarion!

- the reception staff help you with their hearts! Amazing lovely people. - breakfast has many selections 👍🏻 - location is not too far from the center

- cleaning needs a little bit improvement. - they don’t provide booking tours, which i think would be a great addition to the hotel instead of going to the main street and booking by yourself. - adaptors provided didn’t work - since the check out is at 11 am, we opted for late check out at 12 pm instead, but to our surprise a lady opened the door on us before it’s 12!!!!!

The room was not cleaned on several days. There was no information about the services in English. Visiting the water park is calculated by time, the cost will be known after paying the bill.

Close to thermal pools, family friendly, cleaning staff extremely nice and pleasant, reception desk very helpful, tasty breakfast! We wil be commimg back
