The room was good, with a TV and AC
When we entered it was super dirty. The bathroom and the bed was CLEARLY used by other people. I asked them to clean again and after they cleaned I still saw hairs everywhere including the toilet seat. I had to clean everything again. We made them change the pillow sheets and it smelled

Good location. Parking available - just on the street outside. Ivan was friendly and responded very quickly to WhatsApp messages.
Blackout when we arrived couldn't be helped and the bathroom had flooded. That being said the room wasn't particularly clean, had to ask for a second pillow and linen that wasn't very clean. One bulb in the light and the shower was help up with a carabiner.

Todo muy sucio no había colchas solo una sábana para la cama olía a humedad muy feo el baño con hongos en el techo una almohada amarilla igual oliendo horrible

Cocina Funcional
La habitación asignada tenía la puerta del baño dañada, hubo una filtracion del baño del piso superior y todo el tiempo estuvo inundado y con un pésimo olor, no hubo secador como lo anuncian, en horas de la noche los encargados buscaron algo que se les había perdido y empezaron a forzar las puertas (fue hasta tenebroso) hacían mucho ruido fuman todo el tiempo y el humo se filtra a las habitaciones, pésima experiencia.

The host was very kind and helpful.
He tried his best to make us comfortable and enjoy our stay.
He gave us tips and offered some tours that were really good- we took his advice on the chichen itza tour and he made all the reservations.

The host was friendly
The bathroom was very dirty! They didn't clean the bathroom before we arrived. The sink was blocked with pieces of soap and the shower was full of sand, pieces of garbage and an old sock!
The room also had a funny smell.

The room was relatively clean
The shower was rusty and old, dirty towel left on bathroom floor in a mess, no toilet paper or towels provided we had to ask

Great value - appreciated th AC and Wi-Fi. Also very convenient to buses for downtown and hotel zone. Small shared kitchen was also a plus.

If ya want a very good value stay then this is the place with a very engaging, happy , polite owner Ivan.

It is "close" to the ADO station. There are others that are much closer...
Warm water.
I was traveling in many hostels before, but this one was just horrible. When i read the comments there are maybe different rooms. Mine was Room 4 i guess. The bath just smells horrible and there is no soap or towel just nothing. Lucky me i had only one night, but this is a nightmare!! Skip this one!

It was fine, easy communication with the owner, clean room.
We didn’t have a light in our room and we only received one towel.

Friendly host. AC in the room. Near one of the main roads.A good price for Cancun. Drinking water in the kitchen.
Repairmen all around property. Dirty room. Pictures were better than the real room. No window. Kichen is one for all buildings. Poor kitchenware - not enough cups, forks, spoons, etc. Small bed and blanket for two persons. There were no instructions on how to enter the room, I had to call the host to find it out (good that I bought a local sim card before that)

Location was ok, bed was ok
The bathroom wasn't clean and the toilet has a leak that the owner assured was going to fix and didn't.
When I arrived the place there was no one to check me in and one of the other guest has to open for me.
Contact number and email on the profile are not real.
The kitchen was so unequipped that you couldn't even cook or wash the things.

The most helpful guy ever! Took me for breakfast and also to the beach included cold beer! He also picked me up at the air late in the night.
If you feel a little lost, book this place and he will help 😊

- upon arrival I didn’t know the passcode so I was stuck outside for a little bit (but Ivan was fast)

The host Ivan is super nice and responsive, the location is great, it’s safe and great value for money.
to be fair, the price is in line with what you can expect and what you get at this property. to be picky, I’d like some thicker curtains in the rooms that’s all really. I’ve stayed there twice already and will be back anyway when I go back to Cancún for sure.

Stayed a night for the airport. I did need airport transfer and asked in advance, to which there was no reply. I also never saw Ivan and thus paid 500 pesos for a taxi...
The shower was awesome, however.
