If you like to sleep, I suggest avoiding this hotel.

Very friendly staff, and although the hotel was without heat or air, the bed and especially the pillows felt like sleeping on concrete, their shuttle to the airport charges $8 per person, and no one mentioned the cost, even the shuttle sign, the staff performed professionally and attempted to make things better.

I used to stay frequently at Holiday Inns, but the lack of room comfort and dysfunctional hotel design pushed me away. Unfortunately, nothing changed in 15 years. I will contact Holiday Inn directly to share more with them.

Proximité aéroport Roissy CDG par CDG VAL.

Restaurant, peu de choix, piètre qualité de la nourriture. Petit déjeuner minimaliste... Après 7 jours la caution prise sur ma carte bancaire en garantie, n'est toujours pas annulée...

Comfortable and modern hotel close to the airport

Very comfortable room close to the CDG airport. Easy to access it and the airport with the shuttle that goes to all terminals. Some walking required to get to the hotel, but I appreciated the areas that were covered since it was raining. The rooms are updated and comfortable.

Good one night stay when landed late at night in Paris

Close to airport .. nice beds Breakfast plentiful !! Very good

Small bathroom , no face cloths , very Slippery shower And bath tub ( dangerous when wet ) Very difficult to find hair dryer it was hidden on side shelf . Should be In bathroom . Tea would be nice in room

Franchement le personnel d'accueil pas courtois, pas d'eau à boire dans les chambres ni même au distributeur. Dîner un peu trop cher. Navette pour l'aéroport payant, la CDG VAL vendu accessible mais surtout pas du tout si vous avez des bagages

It's a good option if you have an early flight at CDG as you can get to your terminal in 10-15 min.

Proximity to CDG airport. There's a free tram that's a walk of maybe 2 blocks away, partially covered if it's raining. The room was larger than your average European hotel room and was quiet considering the property is adjacent to the airport. A good location if you have an early a.m. flight.

Dining options limited.

Ideal location for overnight airport stay, nothing special

Standard basic breakfast with very little choice.

The first room we checked into had not been cleaned with hair on the duvet and dirtly floors. We complained and they immediately provided us with a different room but with no apology or explanation.

La taxe de séjour que vous m'avez fait payé de 10.40 euros qui ne correspond pas à ce qui était mentionné lors de ma réservation en novembre 2023. Explication pas trop claire car l'augmentation s'applique à partir des réservations effectuées en Janvier 2024 d'après votre collaboratrice JLOIR.

nice room, good price and well located for Paris airport access.

well located in the Hotel quarters of the airport, at the end of the street you can walk to the CDGVAL airport train (free) for Terminals 1,2 and 3. good value for money for a hotel airport. spacious room with a lot of international TV channels. Staff were courteous.

le buffet d'entrée et de desserts du repas du soir ne sont pas suffisants. Il faudrait bien indiquer comment se rendre de l'aéroport à votre hôtel avec le CDG val (même si ce n'est pas très loin, ce n'est pas logique pour tout le monde)

A good experience

The hotel is so easy to reach via Airport shuttle. If you have a longer layover and want to stay near by airport, it is a good place and the room I stayed in had a nice Panoramic view. The breakfast is good and there was lots of variety. liked it for sure.

The price seems a bit high. Depends on what is your budget.

A lot of space in the rooms and great breakfast. The people at the reception were very nice too!

Standard. On a ce qu'on attend, bien insonorisé, lits comfortables

Assez éloigné de tout: pour aller au centre il faut 10 mns à pied jusqu'au train navette, puis le RER (dont la logique de l'automate de tickets est compris que par certains Parisiens...). Chambre froide. Petit déjeuner: la recherche des ingrédients semble à une chasse aux oeufs pendant Paque; ici aussi une logique de distribution parisienne. Bref, pour Paris un bon hôtel, mais en comparant avec d'autres hôtels du reste du monde, compliqué et très éloigné de ce que souhaite l'utilisateur.

Déçu cette fois-ci

L'emplacement qui est un gros avantage.

le manque de correction et de courtoisie du personnel au petit déjeuner. 2ème séjour dans cet hôtel et cette fois-ci le service n'était pas au rendez-vous. A partir de 9h50, commence le manège de débarrasser le buffet, et fermer les machines à café et à jus; or, il est censé fermer à 10h30. Vraiment c'est un manque de respect. Le buffet du soir dépanne, mais n'est franchement pas exceptionnel. Déçu de ce séjour..

Hotel is further from airport than you’d think, very compact rooms

Clean with nice reception staff

The shower drain blocked mid-shower so we had to change rooms late in the evening, difficult after 17 hours of flying.
