Ideal para una escapada de lujo!

Hermoso hotel, muy bien ubicado. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y la limpieza excelente. Muy linda las vistas desde la pileta en la terraza. Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado en la habitación y lo solucionaron de inmediato. Volveremos seguramente

very good but need to buy new towels and solve the ammenities situation.

location, nice deco

towels were thin and old and soap, shampoo and conditioners recepients were cheap and broke every time they were used; there was fungus between the tiles and the ceiling of the toilet due to hunidity, very easy to clean, but noone did.

A total disappointment and I hope CWT removes this hotel from the list

The only good thing about the hotel is its location.

The breakfast is horrible, the options are very bad, the service is slow, the staff are grumpy, and I found a hair in my omelet. I asked to wash a shirt and paid an additional fee of 50% to have it delivered by 8:00 pm the same day, however the shirt was not delivered and I had to call reception to have it delivered at 10:32 pm as I would go on a trip the next morning

They were hosting a Brazilian youth sports delegation which had a lot of loud music, conversations, banging on the walls. The air conditioning system was not working and slept uncomfortable. The check out process was slow and clumsy, the reception girl kept asking for things that were irrelevant to the check out process, it took 15 minutes to check out and almost missed my bus. She was clumsy and was being very dissapointing as she does not respect the customers time. I would fire her as soon as possible.

Hands down the worst hotel I've ever stayed in

This was easily the worst experience I've had staying in any hotel around the world. The hotel was filthily starting with the elevators and the carpets in the corridors that looked like they'd never been cleaned since its inception, and finishing with the room. The walls were all smudged with dirt, the bed linens had big holes and dirty boot prints (!) on them, the decorative cushions and bed throw had white starchy stains (I'll leave to your imagination what they were) and the room reeked really badly. Luckily we could open the window to get some fresh air in. The bathroom was no better: the walls and the floor had smudged dirt stains on, the bathtub had scum and somebody's hair in it, the ceiling was moldy. But the worst was yet to come. We used their (additionally paid) parking lot and there was nobody there, so after looking for a person in charge and waiting for longer than anybody would want to wait to use the service, we parked the car and went up to the reception to notify that the person in charge was not available. The receptionist was handling another angry client before us and he started shouting at us for not waiting for the parking lot guard to show up. Shortly the manager, who initially attempted to mediate the issue joined into a shouting match, blaming us for not obeying the rules. When we eventually managed to find the car park guard, it appeared that there was no issue with parking whatsoever, and the receptionist could have just called him and notified him that we parked. Needless to say, our night was ruined and we stayed there just because it was late and we had nowhere to go. To top things up, Booking customer support offered us a refund as an apology but requested that we contact the hotel for this, which we did and never heard back from them. What a disgrace to the Wyndham brand.

The parking should be having another way of open not only calling the guard.

very nice place - beutiful sights form the lifts and the roof top

the roof top, with a jacuzzi and a pool - nice bar - they let us until noon for the check out

the breakfast just a little poor - the access to the pool, a bit difficult

Neat, clean and bright.

Missing typical details like shower cap, toothbrush, body lotion. Mini-fridge had only water.

Nice hotel with a few things to improve

The front desk people were super friendly and helpful most of the time. The rooms are big and well equipped

The swimming pool is only accessible by elevator, no emergency exit in case of emergency would be a dead trap. The mattresses are super hard (I personally didn't like it but my friends were OK) the pillow were super slim and not confortable. Finally the service at the restaurant was at least inefficient.

It was good but not as good as same chain in the US

The room was very simple, nothing compared with the Wyndhams in the US

Un the middle if summer time the air conditioning was working only inside the room, not in the hallways and/or elevators

Pleasant

The breakfast is ridiculous. We choose the American style ( 2 slices of bread with no butter, 1 slice of cheese, 1 slice of ham, a tiny portion of a really bad scramble eggs, no bacon. A decent coffee and milk at least.

Breakfast is so poor. You guys need to delete the word " fabulous".
