L’accueil très sympathique, le cadre. Le restaurant. La
Chambre était confortable, nous avons très bien dormi.
Quelques finitions dans la salle de bain à effectuer ou à rénover, une forte odeur d’humidité. Le fait qu’il est y est des travaux dans l’hôtel la journée (mais je pense qu’ils sont entrain de rénover)

Loved the young man at the front desk. First they checked us into a dirty room. Then the cleaner moved us. Everything was good. Internet super slow but the good service made up for everything. We were 15 people on the Saturday and it was a good day. Think you should just keep that big grey dog away from customers with a dog.

This is a public resort with a nice pool and lake and the restaurant food was good. How busy the pool is depends on how how many outside visitors are there. For our stay the pool was packed from 8am to 6pm. Not far from the airport. Good value for money if your expectations aren’t too high.
The air con was hot and staff simply smiled at the problem. It was a hot 2 days. The room has no TV, no fridge. There’s a huge support post a few inches from the edge of the bed. The food was nice but expensive. The city life close by is very good but the resort gates lock at 8.

We liked the sauna, pool and lake.
The facilities could have been improved like the doors (needed some repairs) and the lake should be maintained. There were dead fishes.

We went for a friends birthday party and we booked out most of the rooms. We really enjoyed the pool, the service by the staff was exceptional and very accommodating to us. The started the fire for us, organised Ice for our coolers and their coolers too. We all really enjoyed out stay.
Didnt like the bathroom that much.

The pool was lovely and the view over the lake was nice. Food was good and staff were helpful and friendly. Good value for the price.
It seems that this resort has a lot of wasted potential. The balcony was a little dusty and the floors, table and chairs on the balcony could have done with a wipe down before we arrived. Small details could make this place better such as having more than one coffee cup in the room, pictures had fallen off the wall, fill and paint the hole in the wall where a tv used to be, etc.

Beautiful little oasis in a not very charming neighbourhood. Very friendly staff, good food, nice garden but they are a little disorganised. Reminded me of Fawlty Towers but with a friendly Basil. Amazing value.
Room not very clean. Neighbourhood half industrial.

The room was spacy
When we arrived, the temperature of the room was on the boiling point, and the AC was not able to make it bearable to stay. A school class of 15 years old kids occupied the small pool, so there was no chance to use it and the noise level was frustrating. When we went out at 6 PM to get dinner in the city, were we stopped by a staff who said the gate would be closed at 8PM. Requested whether this also counted guests staying overnight she confirmed it was for all. Then we decided to pack and leave the place for good (after few hours stay). But we were anyway charged full overnight stay. On our way out to leave for good, the manager approached us and said, that the gate was open longer if we wanted, but at that time we had absolutely no interest to stay.

Despite of the bad location, it is a little paradise. Very beautiful and peaceful. Nice boat to explore the lake. Adding also a canoa would be great.
There are few things that could be improved:
1. The restaurant is overpriced and little bit disappointing. I tried several dishes during 2 days and chicken was always terribly dry and chewy, like if it stayed in the fridge for weeks. Would be very important to improve the restaurant because there is no other food you can get walking distance.
2. In the middle of the resort there is a broken dirty jacuzzi pool. Why no one fix it?
3. Lake is clean. But the shore there are few plastic bottles/ piece of garbage. Would be very easy to clean. Would take just few minutes.
4. Daily cleaning of the room would be also very nice.
Finally, the resort is very close to a factory and a garbage dump. Location is not the best.
