El barri on estava situat.
L'apartament no està en condicions. Estava brut, hi feia fred, faltaven edredons per dormir, el llit estava trencat té una escala perillosa i hi havia goteres.

L’emplacement est très bien et très proche du tram.
La couette est très fine, il ne fait pas chaud dans l’appartement malgré le chauffage. La salle de bain sent mauvais, il y avait une souris dans l’appartement.

Franchement rien étais bien en entrent une odeur d’égout qui remonte la douche on peux pas se Maitre debout trop petite a l’entrée du bâtiment plain de poubelle dehors trop salle et de plus il demayune cotions de 200€ pour une location à 220€ MDR plus jamais domage j’ai pas f de photos

A breakfast is not an option at the facility and I liked nothing about the facility.
The main problem was in the very dim lighting in the living room, very high in the bedroom. The second problem was the upstairs bed which was very steep and unacceptable, and you cannot stand in the bedroom. The third problem was the door to the so called balcony (nothing like a balcony); it does not lock easily. I left the facility after 15 minutes which was the time needed to book in another Hotel in Montpellier. The worse part is that when I had the time to come back to give the key, I called Mrs. Isabelle with no answer. Actually, she never answered any of the calls. Her response to messages comes later and sometimes way later. Last but not least, she insisted on a 200 Euros deposit before she sent the coordinates to be able to enter to the facility. This deposit was supposed to be released immediately after the stay, and it did not happen over the last 21 days.

The bed sheets and pillow sheets didn’t smell clean.

Good location. Coffee capsules were available for the machine (not sure though if these were just leftovers from others)
Fold-out bed. Aircondition was not working. Food left from other renters in the fridge. Not very clean.

Room was good. Almost fully equipped
We didn't have towels (it was written in the description but I still find it unacceptable, because we come for 3 days and we are obliged to carry towels in our small bag)
The woman asked me for deposit for hypothetical damages , I wasn't aware of this. I didn't give it.

Nice location, cute place
Many things were broken (frame of sofa bed, shutter for big window), and the bathroom was ridiculously small (you couldn’t sit straight to sit on the toilet, and couldn’t stand up to use the showerhead, and I’m only 5 ft 6 in or 166cm long). They also don’t provide any towels, which is quite inconvenient in a location like Montpellier where you want to go to the beach. The photos attached to this account on booking.com are clearly for one of the other apartments in the building.

I liked the location, very quiet and peaceful, close to city centre.
The place lacking some natural light, but since I just used it to sleep over, it was ok

The location of the house is good and isabella was Kind to us.
The house is not like in the photo: the living space is really small. The house was dirty and smelly. The bathroom and bedrooms have no windows, in the bedroom the mattress was on the floor. The shower in the bathroom is too small to stand up. While you are Sitting on the toilet the legs touch the wall. The apartments have a very low mezzanine: the ceiling is low (we hit our heads on the ceiling several times).

the place is not clean, many things have to be fixed including the stove, shower, toilet. The kitchen stuff are old. The blankets are awful

The location was good
Be careful that the Appartement requires a deposit (400 euro). It was mentioned that we had to wash dishes, take out trash, leave everything clean when move out. But when we arrive, The Appartement wasn't clean at all.
The apartment is not big but very old. The furniture is old. It requires a renovation

Premises were good, reaching the host was impossible in emergency cases.

No info before booking about 400 euro deposit (might be a big surprise).
The place is dark, damp, and very tiny. Gets hot & humid quick.
Kitchen is badly equipped, bathroom was dirty.
Considering the price, 5/10, but I’d recommend to pay up a bit and sleep in a much better place.
