Confort minimal.

Stunning chill out area and view, comfy bed, good amount of toilets and showers. The sunset view is stunning. Quiet at night. Great for meeting new people. Cool snorkeling just off the place
If your worried about security this probably isn’t the place for you. The dorms are off the road with no doors or anything. Very open style living.
My mosquito net had some small holes in it. The hike(short walk) up the hill from the pier is hot work 😅

Great bar and amazing staircase that leads you to the water. Staff was super responsive and kind to us. We had a great stay!
No internet in the rooms, no hot water.

The Cliff Hostel lives up to its name and more. Both the lodging and bar area sit high up on M'Pai Bay with the common space right on an actual cliff. The setting and nature inspired rustic architecture makes for an extremely cozy place to meet people, have dinner, and watch the sun set.
We had a lovely time during our short stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Please note, the private rooms are bare bones. Don't expect AC, warm water, or a sink. This is a true backpacker hostel.
Some of the floorboards seem dangerously loose and the seating cushions on the common space could also use a deep clean.

The social area is beautiful and calm and the view is really amazing as everyone says. We had a fan in our room so sleeping in the heat was very comfortable
The private rooms are very small and basic for the price

just relaxing and being at peace with a beautiful surrounding
the structure where the beds are is a bit rocky when someone walks there. but the second night i got used to it. it is not a reason not to stay here.

Amazing views and location. Staff were super helpful and took us to see the bioluminescent plankton! You can rent snorkel and get cheap cocktails. Great communal area.
Food is tasty but a bit pricey. We were let down by our room as there were lots of ants and a suspected rat..! Do not keep any food waste in your room as it will be all over the floor in the morning.

I stayed in a private room and the room, restaurant and staff are all fine. Vibe is good with lots of interesting guests.
Unfortunately, a new resort is being built just beside The Cliff so the road is currently muddy and the sunset views are cut off by the new building. I build my own organic homes so I appreciate outside the box construction but the steps going up to the private rooms are a bit dangerous - curvy steps with big gaps and flimsy rails. Be careful, especially if you have had a few drinks!

The view was nice
Booked a private room with an ensuite bathroom but there was no bathroom. There was a toilet and a shower in the same room, no door, no sink. Basically when you needed the bathroom you had to walk down to the communal bathrooms since that was the only place where you could wash your hands. The stairs up to the room didn't feel safe, you could injure yourself easily on the stairs.

The hostel is located a little out of town on the hill, which makes the vieuw absoluty amazing! The beds are very comfortable with a musquito net and a locker including a lock and key. The staff is very friendly and will help you with any questions. The food and drinks are also amazing! Amazing place to meet new people!
Nothing really, although because it’s a little out of town and on top of the hill be prepared for a little 5 minute climb, but that’s totally worth everything!!
