Although the building itself was very stark, Epoca Home was lovely. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was so helpful and welcoming! The location was great - right in central Cosenza with secure parking nearby. It was a lovely stop over on our road trip and we enjoyed it very much! Would recommend.
The building itself is not necessarily well maintained and gives a dubious first impression. But that has nothing to do with Epoca Home or their wonderful staff. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect near the center of the city. The common area of the place is beautifully decorated. The room was clean and very comfortable, as well as having a minifridge and balcony access. The private bathroom was also clean and well stocked with travel essentials. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a large range of options as well as a nice coffee machine. The price is also amazing. If I return to Cosenza I will look to stay here again.

Location was very good. Was a little hard to figure out how to get in. But, we did figure it out.
The room was extremely small. But, bed was comfortable. And bathroom was nice.

Epoca Home was exceptional, way above expectation, the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. Stephania has made the accommodation so homely, she is a wonderful host.

There was a wide variety of selection, with many different choices. Breakfast was yummy.....especially the homemade crostata.

Parking in a nearby public parking was a bit difficult.
The room and bathroom are very small.
The first picture that appears in google maps search is misleading ( the one of the theatre building).

Easy check-in and centrally located. Quiet room with high quality fittings throughout. Fantastic shower with every little touch thought of. A great variety Italian breakfast. We wished we could have stayed another night.

It was a really nice surprise! very clean and good looking, the breakfast was homemade pretty much, the location is great and the commodities of the room are really good. they only speak Italian but they managed everything I requested.

We had a great stay at Epoca Home. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning on the terrace! Everything was very clean, organized and the staff was friendly and helpful! The location is fantastic in Cosenza right on the pedestrian avenues with lots of shops and restaurants. We would love to stay here again!
We had a little trouble figuring out how to use the parking validation. Maybe some written instructions in English for the parking garage would be helpful. Once we figured it out, it worked perfectly!

Clean and spacious room. Central location and a lot of options for breakfast. The host recommended a local restaurant and we had a great dinner.

Great location on the main shopping street of Cosenza and close to secure parking. Room was lovely and very comfortable, and had a great shower in the bathroom. Staff was very nice and accomodating. Good variety of breakfast options and a nice terrace to eat outside.

The room was very clean, and many of the facilities felt new.
The hotel is in the center of the shopping district, and it's easy to access the main shopping thoroughfare.
Breakfast was well-equipped for gluten free dining.
Good focus on eco-friendliness, which was appreciated.
The pillows given were one hard, and one soft - the hard pillow caused my husband neck strain, and on asking for a spare soft pillow we were told that there was no extra bedding.
The staff were friendly on arrival, but seemed to grow colder towards us when they realised that we don't speak Italian. We did our best to communicate using Google translate.

Athough the staff speak only Italian I can say that the communication and the services was more than excellent!
The location of the property is one of the best of the city and overall the design and the facilities of the rooms is very very nice and utile!

The only negative issue was that the breakfast area is outside from the room, so there was a kind of noise from 08:00 to 10:30. But it wasn't in a "unbearable" level.

Decor is gorgeous and the breakfast was amazing! So much variety and really delicious.
Everything is very cute and cosy. Location also excellent and nice balcony overlooking the high street.
Reviews I read said it’s difficult to find but we had no difficulty at all. Parking is close by and it’s on the high street
I requested a checkout of 11am (1hr after stated) as had an important meeting. Was told I had to be out the room at 10.45am latest so did the meeting on the outside terrace where it was noisy and no electrical supply. The room wasn’t even touched until 11 when we left so I think they could have accommodated my request better and been a bit more helpful.

This is a very cosy place, well furnished and clean. It was on the main pedestrian street, so it was active, but quiet.
The entrance to the building is a little jarring, I thought I wasn't in the right place. But once I found the way to the apartment, I was pleasantly surprised.
The breakfast had many options, but almost 100% sweet and I'm trying to cut sugar out of my diet so it was challenging. (After traveling more in Italy after this, I found out it is difficult to find something for breakfast that is not sweet!)

B&B is nice in relation to surrounding apartments and the outside terrace is very nice. Room and bed are good. Location is in downtown centre. Great place for touristic purposes, but less so if you are travellng for business.
Check in before 19:00. Breakfast is available only from 08:30 onwards and for me too sweet. I missed the fresh bread and freshly brewed coffee, instead of a nespresso. To park the car was a bit of hassle. The nearby Quik is good, but not clearlt indicated how to get in and my ticket didn't work when I wanted to go out.
