the views and the layout of the Villa and the hot tub on the roof terrace

The location to the ocean and the downtown of Luz were great.

Location right on the water and steps from the main areas of Luz was amazing. The house was extremely clean. Sitting in the extra large hot tub overlooking the ocean couldn't be beat!

This is just personal for our group, but traveling with a toddler made the multiple flights of exposed stairs a little scary. The house is absolutely amazing, but is definitely not child proof.

The villa was awesome, the sound of the ocean crashing against the rocks was just brilliant, everyone slept with the doors open even though it was mid November! The hot tub was massive and the views from the roof were outstanding, it is expensive and may put some people off but it really is outstanding.

The stairs were a bit of a pain carrying glasses etc up and down from the upstairs terrace, but in saying that I've had to think really hard about answering what I didn't like about this place and this is all I could come up with.

Facing the ocean, beautiful view from all the rooms. Have all the modern conveniences. Nicely decorated and very clean.

There was a sewage smell from the bathrooms especially the bathroom in the 3rd. floor.

The views, the decor, the spaciousness. Everything was perfect and a quiet location but near to beach and restaurants. Will return.

Cockroaches in downstairs bathroom

Amazing location with stunning views. Very spacious with an amazing rooftop Terrance and Jacuzzi. Truly a luxurious relaxing vacation. We will be back!!
