Excellent place to stay - value for money

The overall experience was superb which included facilities, staff and hospitality. The whole process of check-in and check-out was very smooth. They staff at the front office were very helpful and highly customer-oriented. They also guided us on what are the places to see around Pahalgam and even arranged for the transport.

pleasant but some things listed above distracted from it.

location and friendly staff Rooms were a bit small. but manageable staff very courteous and ready to help.

WI-FI was terrible. In today’s world Wi Fi is essential Wi-Fi does not work inside the room and in today's world that is unacceptable. Heating system in the room is antiquated and temperature cannot be controlled. This makes the stay very uncomfortable.

Awesome. Mind blowing.

I would rate it more than a 5star. The ambiance, hospitality of the staff made us feel as it was home to us. Whenever we visit pahalgam this is the only place I would prefer to stay. The staff were very friendly and met our needs. Very accommodating. The best hotel in pahalgam.

There’s absolutely nothing which we didn’t like. Out of bounds is what I would say about this hotel.

Very good

The place was very comfortable and staff was friendly . I had my birthday and they took special attention and decorated the table with rose petals and cake was organised in short notice . Special thanks to Kesar , Nadeen , Yavar and Shahid for exceptional service with a smile .

Wish we had stayed for a few more nights.

Everything. We were a family of 5 and stayed in the King Suite. Amazing views, great hospitality, quick room service and excellent food. Rooms are spacious. The property is only 4 years old and is excellently maintained. The location is walking distance to the market, the river and the pony rides up the mountain.

No quarters for drivers if you come there with one. but there are plenty of accommodations nearby.

the phones don’t work in the rooms and there is no phone list to help customers to dial to use the services. also I haven’t seen a single women staff. so it felt a male dominant stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights in Feb 2022 1. Amazing mountain view from rooms 2. Rooms are clean, cozy and spacious. 3. All facilities were working smoothly (tv, wifi, heater) 4. Good breakfast and dinner food 5. Friendly staff

Recommended for families, not up to the mark yet.

We were travelling with 2kids and 2infants and did not feel any discomfort even for a moment from the point of reaching the hotel to checkout. The location, hospitality and flexibility of the restaurant on particular to provide foods for infants and Jain food is praise worthy.

The billing process was unsavoury, as the management was very rigid with charges for facility provided. Not up to the level of accommodation that is extended by branded start hotels.

Good hotel for a day or two.

Location. View from the room. Comfortable bed.

Staff were not so accommodating on requests. Had to intervene a travel agent to help us get some medicine by him personally calling the GM. We are forever grateful for this travel agent Shabaan. It was heavily snowing and roads were slippery but front desk and housekeeping staff insisted us (already sick guests) to walk outside in the snow to a nearby pharmacy. Breakfast buffet could be improved as well. Heater at rooms doesn't work all the time. When inquired, housekeeping told us it works from 4 PM only and brought a handheld heater which was useless too.

Pleasant, but not value for money

The location is great, very accessible with a lovely view. The property has beautiful lawns and sufficient parking space. The staff is courteous and rooms are very comfortable. We ordered kahwa in our room and the quantity served was quite generous. Everything looked clean and the room and bathroom had no unpleasant smell at all.

Being a cleanliness freak, I noticed there were a few stains on the table in our room, and the electric kettle had some dirt in the crevices inside. The egg inside the egg puff at the breakfast buffet had gone bad, so I would recommend having one of the freshly cooked options for breakfast. We have stayed in hotels that charged 1/4th the price and had more spacious and cleaner rooms with better aesthetics and services like a kitchenette, balcony, sofas. So, even though these things were negligible over all, considering the price we paid, we were somewhat disappointed.
