Albert and his daughter Mary were so so lovely to stay with. The place was lovely and clean, basic but all you need when you are in the park all day. Albert even put my things out to dry when it was sunny and I was inside the park! It’s only a 10 min walk from the airport and 3 minute ish walk to the park itself, so perfectly located. You can easily have breakfast and dinners there which are perfectly adequate :)
Showers are cold, but when you have been hot and sweaty inside the park all day, this isn’t too much of a problem! It’s also a little noisy at night with lots of animals and dogs barking, but can’t expect much more out by the jungle!!

Albert and his family take great care of their guests. The accommodation is simple but super clean. It's just a short walk from the airport and to the national park. They serve delicious home cooked food.

Very kind and friendly family. About 10 minutes walk from the park entrance. Everything was very clean. Food was absolutely delicious and everything was home made and cooked any time if you asked kindly. Definitely would recommend!
I personally loved our stay and wouldn’t say anything negative! Hover as you’re planning to come explore the rainforest be prepared that electricity is limited and water only runs cold - feels really good after a long day hiking!

Such a wonderful owner who makes you feel welcome. Food in the restaurant was great and big portions so good value for money. Fantastic location, just done the road from the entrance to the park.

nice rooms with private bathroom. food available upon request :) tried the fried chicken, jungle ferns and Nasi goreng and they were all very yummy. the owners are very friendly.
gets quite hot in the day with no fan/AC but shouldn’t really be a problem since you would be in the park for the most of the day.

Albert Irene and her sister (sorry didn't catch her name!) are great people, so warm and helpful. Good food, basic but comfortable accommodation, which is expected in a national park.

A very local feeling, friendly staff and they cook lovely food
The electricity is only on between 6pm and 12pm which is a problem if you need to charge your things.

Very lovely owners, close to the park entrance and in walking distance of the airport. It was simple but clean and good value for money, which was exactly what we were looking for.

Basic, but clean room, kind host and very close to the park entrance. Breakfast, lunch and diner are all available.
This doesn't have to be a problem, but be aware: no wifi, no power except from 18h00 to 0h00 and no warm water
Would have been nice if they cleaned the toilet bin every other day

Very close to the National Park. Easy homestay, friendly owner, breakfast, lunch and dinner available, simple options but nice. Basic accomodation but good value for money.
No electricity at night, only from 6 p.m. To midnight, so no fan at night.

I liked the way it was designed. It was spacious, airy and peaceful. I ate my breakfast and dinner there and the good was very good. The owner and his daughter were very friendly, kind and helpful.

Nice stay, simple but clean beds. Friendly owner. Quiet place.
Cold shower, but that could be expected. And the breakfast was too pricey: 15RM for two slices of toast with 2 eggs and a cup of tea..

The homestay is clean and extremely well located (park entrance, restaurant and airport). I felt very welcome by the owner and he always was ready to help. I strongly recommend this homestay.

Accommodation was basic which we liked as it allowed us to reconnect with nature and each other (time of screens with no WiFi and limited time for electricity (1800-0000))

Everything! The place is clean, the shower room is good too! And i could just hang my clothes outside the house. The cats are cute! The dinner i ordered was good too! The house under the sunset is sooooooo beautiful.
Maybe just the hot weather in the afternoon, no electrical supply which is understandable. So nothing much to complain as we could spend our day in the national park during the day.
