Average stay.

The apartment could do with some deep cleaning and renovation. Verandah doors dont lock well. Kettle provided for tea was not clean. Linen had degraded and had holes. Additionally, the guards didnt allow us in on arrival. They advised that these apartments are private apartments and outsiders are not allowed. Subsequently after a few phone calls we were allowed inside. After this we received a message from the host that we should advise the guards that we are private guests and we will be allowed to go inside. We did not like this arrangement and this wasn't told to us and we found it quite inconvenient.

people running this property for business have no clue what a guest wants and they don’t even care. their only focus is

rooms were good as they had the view of golf course.

there were no eating joints in the vicinity. they have shared restaurants with lemon tree hotel which is super costly. they charge 1100 for breakfast. plus if you don’t like the place and try to cancel it they charge you with one night plus 1500 as their company which is is very regressive and this is despite booking.com saying clearly that I don’t have to pay anything as they made an exception to my booking by waiving off the cancellation fee but the manager was very rude and stubborn. the stay at lemon tree which is a 4 star property was less than 5k for one night and these guys charged almost 8k for one night and without any breakfast or amenities. their staff at the stay was also not supportive. the swimming pool was also in a club which these guys claimed that it’s theirs and when contacted at the spot was from lemon tree, though it was allowed but the problem is you can’t and don’t want to step out of your stay and walk 150 meters in robes to go to swimming pool and back. and the electricity was a mess too, you can’t watch a movie while relaxing. there were power blackouts for 23 times in our stay for 16 hours of stay. though it comes back in every 2 mins but when you are using Internet and watching movies on smart TVs then every 30 mins there is a lag of 10-15 mins for the internet to resume after power cut. it was just so much annoying. plus there were lizards in the room and mosquitos too. it was my bad luck that I booked such a property. I didn’t want to fight back because I had driven some 11 hours to reach there and this happened but my entire holiday plan went for a toss as we had to leave just after one night by paying more charges (because I was in the mid of my holiday) when we had booked for 3 nights and I would never recommend this property to anyone.

Exceptional

Located just the right distance from the din and AQI of Delhi, the apartment is a wonderful retreat. The combination of the clubhouse + kitchen are a huge plus.

Location and the stay was perfect!

Stayed at the property for a night. Was travelling for work in the area. Clean and quite property. Easy check in and checkout process. Host was helpful in arrangements. Food was on point.

Nothing not to like about the property and the neighbourhood.

The devil is in the details!

The apartment was well equipped,particularly the kitchen. The staff was prompt, helpful and polite. The place was noise free and good to unwind.

The description said one double bed and two sofa beds in the living room. It was not clear that both would be in the same area. We were two couples and there was no separation/privacy. Also, the pool was under maintenance/repair so a big attraction was missed. For a no meal included plan, this turned out expensive.

one of the most comfortable stay i have had.

no kidding, i don’t usually write reviews about the property but this trip has been one exception! the staff was super friendly and all my requirements were met with ease, the location was one of the best i have found in gurugram and to top of it all, it was all under the budget umbrella! highly recommend this place.

I will never opt this property again.

Person was available before we arrived

The drinking water was worse. We confirmed 10 times if this is Bislari because it was Bislari’s 20 litre bottle. Person confirmed it is 100% Bislari. After finishing our small 1 litre bottles when we started from 20 litre bottle, it was stinking, dirty water, even the particle was viewable from glasses. It was quite embarrassing, in very morning at 7:30 I woke up and the first thing I have done was gone out and brought water bottles My only question is when they are changing so much, is it not their responsibility to at least provide good water☹️🙁

A pleasant spot for a short getaway around Gurgaon

- The apartment was well-equipped with a pretty sit-out area overlooking the golf course. - Appreciate the host’s gesture of upgrading us to a better apartment as we were celebrating a birthday. - The caretaker, Mr. Subhash was very nice and helpful. He did his best and was responsive to our requests. - A bonfire was arranged for us as requested.

Sharing some areas of improvement: - The internet was a little annoying as it would conk off every time there was a power cut (quite frequent power cuts during our stay). Although there is power backup, it takes around 10-15 mins for the router to restart. This is a problem if you’re planning a workation and are in the middle of meetings. (Good to carry a dongle) - Some of the amenities and fixtures require maintenance. For example, the electrical sockets were falling apart, the electric kettle was not working (we got it changed twice but it didn’t work), the washroom flush had an issue of overflowing water due to excessive pressure (a plumber had come to fix it during the stay but couldn’t do a proper fix but we managed).

Best getaway from the city

Had the most amazing time at this property! The resort was really pretty and the the landscape made it the perfect getaway from the city. The apartment was cozy, clean and comfortable and the staff was super helpful. Would love to revisit again for a whole weekend.
