Very clean and net. Beautiful beach view. Owner very nice and responds to emails in a timely manor. Great fishing spot.

This place was perfect. Plenty of space, well furnished, very comfortable, and right on the beach. We're already planning our next stay!

This was our family’s first trip to gulf shores and the property was wonderfully located right on the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and saw dolphins swimming everyday. Although most of our time was on the beach, we did feel that the house needed a deep cleaning, not just a cleaning, it is probably time to look at upgrading several items on the property. It did serve the purpose for the price. Thank you.

Well the location and view were breathtaking. Loved that we were steps from the beach. The property does need updating and maintenance which the property manager said when we spoke. The sprayer in the kitchen sink wasn’t working( which she stated to me). The blind leading out to the deck needs replaced. It was torn on both ends. One of the dining room chairs was broken. I have children and the upstairs bathroom over toilet shelf fell down on my adult niece. It hurt her wrist but could have been much worse if it had fallen on one of the children. Hopefully they fix these issues ASAP. The property manager stated I would receive some type of discount for all these issues but it has yet to happen.

Looking forward to staying here again. Hopefully, we will be able to. Short walk to the beach. Beach wasn’t crowded at all. Perfect place to stay for a few days of peace.

This house is nicely situated away from the large condos so the beach isn't terribly crowded. It is well decorated and has everything you need. The beach is just steps off the deck, and the views from the deck are wonderful. And for those that like all of the touristy stuff, you are only 2 miles from the heart of Gulf Shores. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was great, no shoes needed just walk down the steps of the back deck and into the sand. The city has volleyball nets up on the beach probably every 4th house. This part of the beach wasn’t crowded at all, it’s not private but no lifeguard tower but there’s one very close. Dolphins a lot and there were two sea turtle nest close by. It’s not a new house but very clean and priced right in my opinion. I would stay here again if we make a family of 10 trip again.

We had a great stay. This is our second time at this property, and we had a great time again. The place was clean and comfortable and everyone enjoyed themselves. It is really nice to be right on the beach!

We visit gulf Shores several times a year. And we have always wanted to rent a beach house, but were not able to find one that we could afford. Well, we finally found one. You are going to want to stay at this place. Everything is set up well, and we appreciate that the owners have kept the price reasonable so that everyone can afford to stay in a beach house. Owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place!

We were very pleased with our stay! The house was off the beach…just a short walk right behind! There TWO decks with great views!! Morning coffee and dinner were awesome on the deck!! It was the perfect getaway for a girls’ trip!! We had a blast!! Will definitely book again next summer for another girls’ trip and if we decide to bring our spouses and kids to Gulf Shores!! It’s the perfect stay!!

We had a great stay! We accidentally booked during the hangout festival, and were worried the beach would be super crowded however, this location felt like we had a private beach area even with the festival going on only about 2 miles away. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location. Cute duplex with nice deck, BUT. Had to immediately sweep floors - gritty with sand. All bedding needs replaced. Light bulbs out in both upstairs baths. Kitchen vegetable sprayer not working. No downstairs wash off area. Nice wine cooler but ancient refrigerator with broken drawer and shelf. (SLOW ice maker). Towels folded and put away but soaking wet! One used towel left on door in master bath. Broken blinds in living room. Living room furniture needs cleaned. Dust all over lamp. Bring your own wine glasses if more than 4 guests…

This is a cute house right on the gulf. It’s large enough for a big group and the decks allow even a big group to have lots of space. We loved it!

Great location right on the beach. Comfy beds, great water pressure. Close to all the attractions but away from the large condos which we did not care for so this was perfect for us. Could use a little deep cleaning (minor things like dust bunnies on lamp shades) but this wasn’t an issue for us at all. Thank you for having us!

Our family of 8 had a great stay here for Spring Break. The beach was very nice and felt secluded even though it was spring break and the weather was great. House was as advertised and was clean. Would rent again!

Great location and great customer service. Though I forgot some shirts in the closet, so if the owner or property manager sees this I’d love to arrange to get them back🙃

We had a fabulous time! The ocean views are spectacular! The house was perfect for our needs. It was also equipped with everything we needed. Comfortable furniture, cute, cute house. The balconies are magnificent and perfect for relaxing, reading, or gathering. It is conveniently located to everything. However, the kitchen was missing a cabinet door and the bed linens need to be replaced. It was perfect for us and we look forward to staying at the Sand Crab again soon.

We would definitely rent this house again. The letter had great recommendations for places to eat, we tried to get to as many as we could!

Great property right on the beach. So quiet since units on each side were empty. Soft, absorbent towels, nice hot water with good pressure. Great location with stores and shops nearby.

Everything was great. We were right on the Gulf, far enough out of the city so we were not crowded, plenty of shells to look for and the dolphins entertained us.

Enjoyed our stay at this duplex. We found it to be clean and very comfortable. Having access to the beach just a short walk from the back steps was wonderful. We saw dolphins a couple of times. If you’re picking up groceries be sure to buy toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags as they only provide one TP per bathroom, one paper towel and one garbage bag.

The property wasn’t a 5 star hotel, and did need a deep cleaning with a few minor repairs. But overall, it was a lovely house and met all of our needs. The location was perfect. We spent most of our time on the deck enjoying the sunshine and beach scenery. No complaints from our crew.

Although one of the older properties, it is well maintained, very clean and priced right. Everything worked as it should, and the location is perfect. You're on the beach! Just walk off the lower deck. Oh, and yes, there are two decks! We will plan to come back!

Perfect size home for the three of us. Enjoyed being able to walk out the door right on to the beach and NOT be in a high-rise condo. It was nice to spend a week on the beach and not break the bank. We came to the beach to go to the beach, so the house is secondary to that for us. It is near everything you would need in the way of grocery stores/restaurants/entertainment. The home was surface clean, but it could use a good deep clean (thick dust on lamp shades, baseboards, and vents - especially the one right over the stove/food prep area). That said, bathrooms, kitchen, living/bedroom areas were surface clean and smelled clean - no mold, mildew, or yucky stuff. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need, and then some. Televisions could be upgraded in order to stream (we would have brought our Roku stick if we had known there was only cable). We haven't had cable in years and only stream via apps when we want to watch a show. We spent most of our time on the beach/outside, so this was only a big deal in the evening. Beds were comfortable, and we slept soundly every night there. I had to work on and off a couple of days. The WiFi was perfect with no issues connecting and keeping the connection. We look forward to our next trip to the beach and would definitely stay here again.

We always love our time in Gulf Shores and the beaches! This rental was a bit rough around the edges structure-wise, but everything worked. Lots of deferred maintenance that (in our opinion) needs to happen. Clean and the owner was responsive and kind. For the price-point it was suitable/sufficient for our 5 adults. We chose it for it affordability, beach access and full-refund date based on our unsure travel plans when booking.

Our stay was wonderful, very nice and clean, beautiful view of the beach and ocean, the only thing that was not clearly stated was that it was a duplex. it wasn't a problem, but not a lot of privacy on the bottom balcony. j

Great location, e.g. dolphin watch in the morning from the balcony. First row with direct access to the beach. However, two issues: #1 The house is only partially updated. Action is still needed in some areas. #2 Based on the description, we were not aware that it was a duplex house, so we only had the left half of the house available for our stay. Overall we really enjoyed it and had a great time!
