Very good breakfast: helpful owners and staff: easy parking with dedicated space if needed: good well equipped kitchen and dining room: outside space including private balconies: individual air conditioning: very close to centre of town: and good free Wi-Fi.
No curb appeal outside but good as soon as you got in.

The accommodation was a room with a private bathroom. Spacious and clean.
I did not like the fact we had to share the common areas with other guests, perhaps my misunderstanding, but my expectation was that we would have the entire apartment.

Extremely friendly staff, great breakfast (fab coffee), very comfortable and sparkling clean room. Helpful local maps and recommendations of places to visit including bars and restaurants in the area. Generous extras including beach umbrella/seat/mat etc., bikes to borrow and Alberto kindly arranged a taxi for us.

Very nice breakfast with fresh coffee, bread and juice served by fantastic lady, who will give you all the information about surrounding of the town. Room was spacious and VERY clean. I really enjoyed my stay there and would love to come again. Walking distance from the centre, close to restaurants etc. Possible to leave your bike in the underground garage.

Everyone was very friendly! The host showed us a map with the interesting things to visit in the area around Oristano. We even got soy milk and some vegan pastry in the morning which was really appreciated.
We can really recommend going there!

This place is great, owners are super helpful, they let me use their bicycle for free. Rooms are clean & spacious and breakfast is really delicious.
